We booked four hotel rooms in Paris for three nights via prestigia for June. The borders are still closed and we are unable to make our trip. Prestigia refuses to provide any form of credit despite the French government citing that all travel and booking agencies are required to provide reservations through September 2020 with a travel voucher to be used within 18 months. Terrible company who is profiteering off of this terrible situation. I will never book with prestigia again.
I was charged more than was quoted. They blamed the bank but it has come out of my credit card under Prestigia. I have then asked for a refund as I read some bad reviews and they are saying it will take 10 to 15 business days. That's unheard of. They took out $7000 on the day but they want to hold onto my money for more than 2 weeks. I would not recommend them or ever use them again
They are prompt in replying. But hopeless in giving you answers or an explanation regarding extra charges

I thought that my reservation was confirmed since I had received my confirmation the surprise voucher upon arriving at the hotel with a 3 year old child, no reservation and no room available. Worse, the refund for the inconvenience cannot be made before 7/ 10 days
the customer service by telephone is pitiful, despite my vulnerable situation in the presence of my 3 year old child, this one asks me to wait 7/10 days for the reimbursement unacceptable worst experience And I'm still waiting for a refund

This sucked complete waste of time because you book a room at $45 and then they charge you a cleaning fee and other fees so actually your room doubles and then $100 deposit so it's freaking stupid so now I have to cancel everything for the next two days but you wouldn't let me you still charged me the 45+35 at hotel and 100 deposit that's still not credited back to my account. They couldn't transfer the 100 to my next day stay and I didn't have enought money to cover another ghost deposit. I then paid you anyways and slept in my car. On top of all this the manager at circus circus was rude couldn't waive the deposit. Complete waste of money and haven't recovered from this bs. And if you walk in their rooms are 44. Imagine how mad I was paying 90 for this crap hotel and for a night I couldn't stay. I've turned them and you into the better business bureau. Oh one last thing my bank put a hold on my card because they know your a fraud company.
The information provided at booking advised that 25% of charges will be due the day before the date booked. The full amount has already been charged to my credit card. I was also not advised of the extra charge as this company is based outside australia.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this hotel and I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to think twice. I booked five rooms well in advance, and despite arriving at the hotel before 11:30 pm, they canceled my booking. Their excuse? They claimed the system was down and couldn't retrieve my reservation.
Even worse, I had been in constant communication with their customer service, providing proof of emails that confirmed my arrival—my flight was running late, but I still made it on time. Customer service assured me that my booking was safe. However, when I arrived, the assistant manager had already marked me as a "no-show" and tried to claim they had no communication from the head office.
This hotel essentially **stole our money** for five fully paid rooms and is refusing to give anything back. It's a complete scam. They seem to prefer if you buy the room directly from them at a higher cost rather than through a third-party site.
**On top of that, beware of the reviews! Most of them are fake and have been paid for by the hotel to boost their ratings with locals.**

I received a reservation confirmation from Prestigia and they charged my credit card, but when I contacted the hotel more than 24 hours later they had no record of the reservation. I'm still waiting for an explanation from Prestigia.

NOT GOOD AT ALL. I'VE MADE A BOOKING FOR 2 ROOM IN ROME, ITALY BUT ONLY GET 1 ROOM WHEN ARRIVED THERE. INVOICE CHARGE FOR 2 ROOMS. WHEN ASK TO GET THE DETAILS INVOICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE CANNOT PROVIDE DETAILS. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SCAM WEBSITE. NO TRANSPARENCY AT ALL TOWARDS CUSTOMERS REQUEST. I had a poor experience. After 72 hours my booking was unconfirmed despite the fact I was due to travel within the next 36 hours. I therefore had to cancel and now I am awaiting a refund for a service they failed to adequately provide. Please do better!
