We booked four hotel rooms in Paris for three nights via prestigia for June. The borders are still closed and we are unable to make our trip. Prestigia refuses to provide any form of credit despite the French government citing that all travel and booking agencies are required to provide reservations through September 2020 with a travel voucher to be used within 18 months. Terrible company who is profiteering off of this terrible situation. I will never book with prestigia again.
I canceled my reservation 4 months ago and I keep getting the run around about refund processing time... Its been 4 months and they still have my money.
The hotel charges a resort fee of $39/night and it is unclear if this fee is included in the price I paid with Prestigia. I am worried I will have a surprise fee when I arrive at the hotel.

I made a reservation for three rooms in a five star hotel (Rosewood, London) in London for three nights. Payed 500 euros advanced and was supposed to pay 2861 euros at the hotel during arrival. The price was much lower than on other sites but seemed quite reasonable for a three rooms three nights. All was good and I received confirmation.
I contacted directly the hotel and asked them to add breakfast charge for our group of six people during our stay. Everything seemed to be in order!
Later suddenly I got a confusing email from Prestigia telling me that there was a mistake on their website and the price is actually only for on night. They told me the reservation needs to be cancelled! I called the Prestigia customer service and received absolutely rude and unhelpful service.
I explained that I have a written confirmation in my email for that exact price, three rooms, three nights and so I should be offered compensation for this inconvenience. It is a matter of consumer protection. They simply said there is nothing they can do and my reservation is now cancelled!
It was my first and last time using presitigia.com, I much rather pay a bit more than get scammed.

I cancelled my accomodation 4 months ago, I have emailed them 4 times no response, called them many times to be advised that I will get a refund within the week, last time I called I was told I would have the refund in a few days and it has been over a week and no refund.

I chose the payment method in the Egyptian pound, but I was surprised that the reservation was made using the euro currency.

I was quoted 3500AED for the hotel and it turns out you charge an additional 500AED, and nowhere did it say that you charge an additional fee. Had I known I would have booked directly with the hotel as their price was far better

This company is a scam. I booked a trip for Vegas for June 2020 but because of the covid-19 my job shut down in march. I tried to contact someone in their office and ever number was disconnect. What company have ever number disconnected? You can only research via email, no problem. For the entire month of April I emailed prestiga about my refund a got the same answer, we working on it. Finally in the end of May I decided to dispute it with my bank. After 20 days my bank said there is no findings in my dispute because prestiga lied and told my bank they gave my a credit to use when I am ready. That was not the agreement when I booked the trip, I should receive a full refund but find. Credit would work. I reached out via email only, to prestiga and ask to use the credit for my trip September 2020 to LA and was told they can not book it because I dispute the transaction. Wait! What?!?! First off they never got back to me about a refund or credit until my bank got involved. Then now you telling me because I did what any smart person would do and dispute. I can't use my credit because I disputed the transaction? This company must be crazy and I will be getting an attorney involved.
Complete fraud. Rates seem low as they book in a foreign currency. Cancellation and booking dates are based on European time zones.

It's a very scary site as I have been trapped with them and I have a 15,000 aed credit with them which they refused to refund during Covid days and I have been forced to use their website to get back my credit pending
They are never prompt in responding and take days to get back and do not address the queries we have and just give automated responses.

I booked a room at the Bellagio in Vegas and unfortunately couldn't go to Vegas due to testing positive for COVID.
I understand that under normal circumstances, the room is non-refundable after a certain window of opportunity but Prestigia should be more empathetic towards its customers and allow refunds/exchanges in certain situations. Obviously, me getting tested positive for COVID was not under my control and when I emailed Prestigia, Yassine El Jahd, the representative was extremely dismissive and did not listen to my request at all, even though Bellagio said Prestigia could email their wholesale department to get the process started since this is a valid reason to cancel last minute. Will never book on Prestigia again.

We've been scammed, along with MANY OTHERS, (look at Trustpilot reviews), you don't get your money back if you need to cancel, regardless of Covid19 or anything else.
I wouldn't want anyone else to fail to their ridiculous T&Cs, a tin pot company who frankly deserve to fail & leave the industry to those who have morals & good customer care.
