We booked four hotel rooms in Paris for three nights via prestigia for June. The borders are still closed and we are unable to make our trip. Prestigia refuses to provide any form of credit despite the French government citing that all travel and booking agencies are required to provide reservations through September 2020 with a travel voucher to be used within 18 months. Terrible company who is profiteering off of this terrible situation. I will never book with prestigia again.
Booked and paid one night, Sofital, Heathrow, One week prior to leaving received an email requesting c/c no. For payment otherwise the booking would be cancelled! This was resolved after numerous phone calls Australia to Other side of the world.
Had our overnight stay Heathrow Sofital and checked out! Next day received an email saying we had not arrived for our stay and they were using our card details to charge us for the night. Once again I had to contact them, other side of the world with our limited access. The person who sent the email was unavailable. I instructed them to take my credit card details out of there system after I was informed it was a mistake. I then receive 2 calls 3.30am from NY, of which, been an unknown number I didn't answer at that time of night. On awaking there was an email saying they had tried to ring me and my situation was resolved. I have never in all my years of booking on line experience such a mess, time and money for one overnight stay.
I would not trust this company & beware of giving out c/c details. These kind our actions effects all those reputable great online booking sights out there. One bitten!

GREAT, EASY TO USE. Was very informative. Web page was easy to get through. Check process payment a fast. Only issue was the price changed at check out with extra fees.
I had a reservation with them and due to COVID19 everything shut down. I canceled immediately followed their rules and was over a month before my visit. They said i would get a full refund. I got an email a few day before our scheduled date to arrived saying my stay was canceled and I would be give a credit for a future stay good for a year from now. That was unacceptable. Not only did it go against what it said on their cancel page but this is at a time when people are out of work and some are even fighting for their life. They really feel they have the right to keep people's money when the world is at it's worse? So I wrote them a very nasty letter... Called my American Express company and told them to remove this from my card and I refuse to pay them dime. American Express removed the charges and i will not ever see therm again. I know a lot of people dont like Amex but for things like this they are great for. I will never use them again and i would tell others the money you may save on a hotel room to work with people like these is not worth it. I would rather pay more and work with people who actually care about their customers.
Don't make a mistake in booking with PRETIGIA! Read their reservations and cancellations; "Prestigia.com has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure event or other causes beyond their direct control." IS THIS FAIR ENOUGH FOR CONSUMERS/CUSTOMERS? Our trip was cancelled because of cancellations of flights due to bad weather. The hotel cancelled our booking and did not charge us of any amount. PRESTIGIA TOOK OUR MONEY AND WILL NOT REFUND. STAY AWAY FROM PRESTIGIA and PASS THIS!

All ok, the confirmation wasn't so clear so we had doubts if the booking was done or not, at the end we received a confirmation email so it would seem to be ok.
I made a reservation with pretigia for the Bellagio hotel in las vegas. The initial reservation stated that it is refundable
I end up canceling the reservation on 9/11/2020 related to Covid 19
I have sent more than 10 emails asking for the refund and they keep claiming that it is in the process
The 800 number has recorded message related to that they have no workers related to Covid 19
If you email them you will get

I had a reservation of a hotel in another website and 3 weeks before me trip I found a better deal at Prestigia.
I made a new reservation, received the confirmation by email, got charged.
10 days before my trip I received another email from Prestigia saying
That my reservation had been canceled and offering other poor options instead in hotel not in the area I want
They didn't pay for their mistakes and leave the problem with the customers.
It cost me 1000 euros more to make a new reservation at the area I want out of the blue.

We booked a couple of hotel rooms thru them for Punta Cana from 4/4-4/10. Obviously that trip will not be happening. Even if we still wanted to go, we couldn't. The flights were cancelled and the hotel closed due to Covid19. Their site said 100% cancellable til 4/1. I cancelled on 3/25 and they refuse to give my money back. They want to offer us a credit only. Credit? What am I going to do with that in these times? Who has any idea when we will be able to travel again?!
We are all going thru horrific times and this company has absolutely no compassion
They have hidden clauses and you don't even get to speak with anyone. You can only communicate through email and they just copy and paste the same answer over and over

The forms were easy to fill out and I received my confirmation email in minutes
We made a reservation with FREE CANCELLATION up until the week prior to the trip. When issues started to arise with COVID-19, and since borders were closed we were forced to cancel the booking. Despite the free cancellation, no money was refunded. When we reached out to ask the estimated time for a refund, we were told no refund would be rewarded and we could have a partial credit instead. There is no mention of a credit in place of a refund anywhere, and the email confirming our cancellation writes out how much of a refund/charge there will be if not cancelled by specific dates. It is absolutely ridiculous that the email acknowledges that we met the deadline for free cancellation, and they are still refusing to honor it. In a situation like this where the health and safety of everyone in the world should be a top priority, we should not be penalized for making a smart decision PRIOR to the deadline. It's unfortunate that a company would chose to not honor their own policies. My advice is do not book with them, as they do not care about their customers, just their own greed.

They are refusing to give me a refund or credit for the $2000 I paid for a trip I cannot physically take. SUCH A SCAM! NEVER BOOK WITH PRESTEGIA.COM

Very easy to book using the app. I did have an issue with the payment side of things but after updating this again everything worked fine.
Disappointed that after holding for 30 minutes I still had no-one pick up my call enquiring about a booking to a hotel in Malaga - neither the UK or Spanish contact numbers were answered.

This website is running a scam. They charged my card, did not transfer the funds to the hotel and then denied any responsibility.
It was quick and streamlined. Very easy to navigate once you decided. Would like to see the room option first before booking.
Prestigia said they would refund my $412.75 five months ago. Still waiting. You cannot reach these people. Never book reservations through Prestigia!
