Everything very good! I get a better price than the other websites and i had no problem paying with my debit card

Sketchy website, my credit cards flagged my attempted charges as possible fraud. Not easy to navigate and confirm a booking is legitimate.

It was super easy to use and the prices were much better than most of the commonly used travel companies out there.

Good and easy to book an hotel. There was just missing 1 info... the beds we will have. I need twin beds

I still have bo received my confirmation email but my card has been charged. Not sure why it takes this long.

Better Room descriptions would be helpful when deciding which room to book. What type of beds are in the rooms.

All good except the 40+ minute wait on the phone, without getting thru to actually speak with a representative.

Way toooo long wait time

Arrived at Hotel and had to pay again. Not sure why funds were deducted without the hotel being informed.

Still waiting for a reply as to why I have had to pay for the booking twice!

Prestigia offered me a great price when booking. I expect not find any additional charges when arrives to hotel.

Please do not use this company, they have a clause in their T&C's "Prestigia.com has no libility and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure event or other causes beyond their direct control"
This means you CANNOT claim any more back through your credit card. After contacting Prestigia due to Covid 19 they would not refund any money so I contacted my credit card company who advised me of their clause. We had booked New York New York hotel in Las Vegas after speaking to them they advised they had refund the money to Prestigia but Prestigia will not pass the refund to their customers.

They offered by a lot, cheaper price, for the
Hotel I wanted in Venice. The site is easy to use and got a confirmation right away.

Very easy and quick to use. Some good bargains to be had too; prices were cheaper here than on other sites. Will definitely use Prestigia again.
