My experience was wonderful. It have me enough time to make my selection. Need more pictures and details of the hotels though. Great
We booked four hotel rooms in Paris for three nights via prestigia for June. The borders are still closed and we are unable to make our trip. Prestigia refuses to provide any form of credit despite the French government citing that all travel and booking agencies are required to provide reservations through September 2020 with a travel voucher to be used within 18 months. Terrible company who is profiteering off of this terrible situation. I will never book with prestigia again.
I was using booking. Com more than 20 years, £ 30 cheaper than their rate for this Le meridien hotel for same date.

There is not a breakdown of the taxes and fees (which were substantial) just a total. I'm not even sure if it includes the resort fee or not!
Booking was easy. Called to ask a question with customer service and was on hold for over 3 hours and never talked to someone.

At the moment of reservation in prestigia, your money will be robbed right away by prestigia robbers
After making a resevation for cancun resort last year, one case was canceled within an hour and another 2 cases were canceled within the cancellation period due to the hotel closing because of pandemic.
I was relieved beacuse it was free cancellation, but they didnt refund
So I requested refund them, but they replied
The meaning of free cancellation is that's not refundable and given as credit.
There is no such content anywhere on the website, only free cancellarion is listed
The credit was a lie also... just scam
When I tried to use the credit, these scammers blocked my email address and the email bounced
I send to offer with my another email, they just answered that you can use the credit only if you use the original email, but they blocked my original email already.
How can I use original email.?
They didn't even want to give credit to begin with, they just wanted to steal my money
These scammers should be banned from doing business any more.
I will leave a reviews constantiy so that another victim like me does not happen arain

I book Superior Double room and Mecure provide us the Twin room, which is much smaller and was actually cheaper on their website
Overall very easy to book - would help to have links and/or pictures/thumbnails about each room option

THE TRANSACTION OCCURED AFTER MULTIPLE CARDS ATTEMPT, APPARENTLY THE TRANSACTION ACCOUNT USED HAVE HAD WEAK SERVER TRUST FOR PAYMENTS AS BANKS DENIED PAYMENTS.
