Easy and very user friendly booking experience. This is our second booking made through Prestigia's webpage.

It was quick and no hick up so I would recommend using and best it's has better pricing than others.

Easy, precise she was very helpful eased my worries and let me know if I needed anything else to call again.

The process was easy, all terms were clear. Hope that the customer service will be in the same level of the order process.

Instead of apartments with beds for 3 people each and a kitchenette, due to a "glitch" from Prestigia side, we received double rooms at a different location. Too bad if you are travelling with 6 people and relied on these beds from the apartment description. Even though we booked 4 adults and 2 kids, Prestigia only forwarded 4 adults as otherwise the max capacity at these small rooms would have been exceeded. Prestigia promised us to find a solution the same day but a final answer first came after our 3 nights at this place were completed. They offered us a refund of around 40€ and did not consider any of our concerns/problems which were clearly stated by phone and by email to them. We ended up paying around 500€ extra and had all the hazzle, coordination, etc., instead of being able to enjoy our vacation.

My card declined the booking but I was then charged twice for the same booking. Paying twice for booking terrible and told may not get a refund

Not enough time to complete the booking. Had to restart 4 times. Even though the system stated that my card didn't go through so I redid the entire booking, it charged me twice.

Customer service was good but the situation is still not solved. I am still awaiting IT to call me to rectify.

This seems too good to be true but let's see how it works out. If it does, I'll use prestigia again.

Was good and quick, but for some reason the date of booking was 1 day less then I wanted and I am pretty sure I have set the right dates, so I had to pay another day at the residence and was more expensive tho, that wasn't nice.
