My experience was wonderful. It have me enough time to make my selection. Need more pictures and details of the hotels though. Great
We booked four hotel rooms in Paris for three nights via prestigia for June. The borders are still closed and we are unable to make our trip. Prestigia refuses to provide any form of credit despite the French government citing that all travel and booking agencies are required to provide reservations through September 2020 with a travel voucher to be used within 18 months. Terrible company who is profiteering off of this terrible situation. I will never book with prestigia again.
Hoping all goes well. I'm certainly happy to save $ on this room that I have reserved. I have called the Francis Marion and they do have my reservation!
I recommend Prestigia's for booking. Will use them again.
I'm not sure I understand why I had to answer additional security questions for a reservation (it's a first for me) and why there need to be so many responses on my part. This is my first time with prestige.com so I am excited to see how the rest of my experience goes.

Booked a room that was shown to be available, I received a voicemail about 30 minutes before I arrived to the hotel saying my reservation was cancelled. Tried calling Prestigia back multiple times and got a recording saying no agents were available. Had to make last second reservations at a different hotel, costing me significantly more money.
Kept getting a message saying no agents available, left my name and number as prompted and still have not got a call back.

I called the hotel and everything was fine and they had my reservation so I felt fine. It was very easy. I mean the original price of course was excellent but it did not include the $50 a day resort fee so added on a bit but it was still a good price.
Quick and easy! The site was easy to navigate! I had no trouble at all! Called the hotel the next day to make sure everything was fine at their end and they confirmed they'd received the booking and payment!
Very easy. I was looking for a nice hotel near to Central Park as my husband is running in the NY marathon and this hotel The Aliz popped up within our price range. The hotel looks of a high standard and the rooms look lovely with the niceties to make our stay better. The booking process was simple and easy - especially with Apple Pay facility and we are very much looking forward to visiting New York in October-November.
Offer is competitive for me to choose, but the update on hotel about they are closing certain facilities and complementary provided by hotel during stay was not communicated in offer

Your internet ads are not truthful, you advertise a hotel stay price, then when clicking on it we get a more expensive price.
Quick and easy booking process and also the cheapest rate for this hotel, I got a bit nervous about the other reviews of people using Prestiga to book places so I rang the hotel i booked directly and they did have my booking. So far so good, I am happy.
