We booked four hotel rooms in Paris for three nights via prestigia for June. The borders are still closed and we are unable to make our trip. Prestigia refuses to provide any form of credit despite the French government citing that all travel and booking agencies are required to provide reservations through September 2020 with a travel voucher to be used within 18 months. Terrible company who is profiteering off of this terrible situation. I will never book with prestigia again.
Fairly easy process. A pre-populate address once you start typing it in would expedite the process a little bit no real complaints. Hoping to get confirmation from hotel to verify accuracy of purchase. Thank you!
If you ever need to cancel, you'll NEVER get a refund.
They'll tell you that you can get a refund, but it will never happen.
I cancelled within a few hours of the original order, and even that didn't matter.
They charge your card, and the money is gone.

If you can afford to lose the money anyway, go to a casino. MUCH better odds of breaking even.

Best price for my hotel that I found anywhere. Easy to use website and great follow-up. My only criticism is that the QR code displayed after booking (to add the reservation to your passbook) doesn't work... my phone displays a message "Unable to download file" error.

Unable to travel due to a medical emergency. Prestigia failed to inform hotel of cancelled room hoping to justify to claim of giving no refund.
This company is unethical and untrustworthy. Stay away if you value your money.
They are a big thief, making lies about the prices shown online then when you try to checkout, you pay more than you saw online. Compare to booking. Com. Better book them and avoid this thief company and the customer service are so bad,. Poor. English communication skills.
The booking appears to have went through to the property. However, if you need a "free cancellation", it's a joke and impossible.
Despite my changing language preferences to English multiple times, continue to respond in French, until I said the word "DISPUTE". Then they beg you not to do that but still only offer you a "credit" rather than a refund. Ultimately got them to agree to a refund with no specific timeframe; with pushing, got them to agree to a refund in 60+ days. I continued to push and they eventually agreed to a "special consideration" for 15 days, on July 15. Of course, on day 15, the refund is now pushed out to 30+ days in totality.
I ultimately filed dispute with my credit card company and have yet to receive a refund from them.

Whatever you do... stay away. Booked on Prestigia but had to cancel with plenty of time to avoid the penalty. They did not refund the pre-paid money. Only suckers book using presitigia. I can only imagine that this is some scam.
Booked Pullman Danang Resort through Prestigia. On arrival found out no reservation had been made. I was able to get a room with my own effort but paid 150% fee for my stay. Prestigia 24/7 hotline was not accessible. When Prestigia responded at the end, they simply cancelled my booking and provided no further assistance. Beware - this company simply walk away when there is trouble.
I booked a 9 night hotel reservation with them for mid April 2020. The corona pandemic caused border closures and flight/country cancellations and hotel shutdowns. My hotel gave a full refund on ALL reservations including 3rd party travel sites like Prestigia.com BUT Prestigia REFUSED to reimburse my account. In spite of a worldwide pandemic they had no interest, no empathy and no compassion. Worst travel site I have dealt with ever. When we all start travelling again after this crisis we will remember companies like Prestigia.com. I hope they go bankrupt. Karma will prevail.
Worst company ever, booked a hotel threw them contacted company direct and they never received any confirmation of my stay, numerous phone calls and lies from them turns out they booked me nothing and have taken over £1000 from me which I'm still waiting on getting back
They charge for rooms that don't exists, I've called hotel after they charged my card and hotel doesn't know anything about reservation. Phones are fake, You can't call them ( in UK line You are first in line for 1 hour) in Czech it discontects You when You reach position no 2 after half an hour. No answer by email as well. To me they are simply scammers It will litigation in court

Prestigia folks will come in here and add positive anonymous reviews to try to balance with their scores. Run run run from this business of scammers! Just head to TripAdvisor, Reddit, twitter, Facebook or Instagram to see the horrible things they are doing to people. Bait and switch. Leaving people stander without nowhere to stay. Don't respond to emails or their phone.
Couple of folks in Morocco have found a loophole running an illegitimate business and scamming innocent people. Disgusting way to live and make money.

Please do not book through them. It’s often a bait and switch, sometimes they don’t even book the rooms, and there is no customer service available. They’ve found loopholes being overseas and steal from innocent civilians.
I cancelled within the cancellation policy time frame. They said they will process the refund. This was June 26th 2021. It's been almost a month and I still don't have my refund. I am reporting them. Just be very careful. Complete fraud!

I have no idea what the bad reviews are all about. I booked two rooms at Bellagio Las Vegas and had an amazing price. Why? We are regulars to Las Vegas and I was stunned at the low rate. I then had to change my booking and Prestigia was only cooperative and accommodating and my rate stayed the same. So, what can I say? I had a stress free experience AND amazing rate. I'll be coming back!
Specifically asked about cancellation policy, which clearly stated money back. Had to cancel, well within cancellation time and they refused to give money back, trying to return it as credit. Was forced to then go to credit card company, etc. Would never go back...
Booked a room in Vegas with Prestigia on August 2,2020. The room had a generous cancellation policy with a full refund. I cancelled the booking in August 13. It has now been 2 months and I have not received my refund. I actually had to file a credit charge dispute with my credit card.
On their website the fee you are charged at the time of booking is said to be deducted from the grand total. When I arrived at the hotel I was told they are unaware of any payment made prior and that I must pay the full price.
After speaking with the customer support and emailing them I received a revised invoice claiming that the booking fee is added, not deducted, to the total.
This website is fraudulent, do not book with them!
I ignored the reviews since I'd had positive experience nearly everywhere else. Figured if they ripped me off, the cc company would step in. BIG MISTAKE. Quadruple charged, out thousands, CS never answers phone, cancellation times w/o penalty "move" and are not local to the hotel as is normal industry practice. Thought they were finally coming through, then get an email stating that since I began a contest to the charge with the bank, that they reversed and wouldn't refund! DON'T be fooled by the low prices... you'll regret it like I did.

One of the things I liked was that I will be charged at the hotel for the most part after a minor initial charge to the card.
The booking was also clear with the number of travelers entered unlike some of the other popular sites that does not do a good job of adding additional travelers (more than 2 in the room for families).
Prestigia Hotels is a huge scam and so are the reviews on here. Prestigia is a 'luxury hotel agency" that will sometimes book the rooms promised, sometimes not. If they dont book the hotel, you're out of luck as they've figured out a way to get around it so you can't get your money back because they have a cancellation policy that says they arent responsible for ANYTHING! That means they take your money, and can steal from you as the T's and C's negates the services they are "providing".
Please book directly with hotels and do not use this company. Check out the reviews on Tripadvisor, their instagram, facebook, etc and you'll see ALL the horror stories of how they've left people stranded and bank on exhaust customers who try to get their money back.
They also are submitting fake/anonymous reviews on here, to prevent reviews like this from showing.

Dont trust them. They lure people in with low prices, but it's a gamble if they will follow through on the service. For the ones they choose to take advantage of, they wont refund you and will fight your credit card company to hold onto the money. They are shady, liars and really bad people.

We used Prestigia to book a room at the Hilton in Daytona Beach. The rate was outstanding. We paid in full when we booked. Two days before we were to leave we decided to look into making sure our reservation was OK. I read so many bad reviews and was so worried that I had been scammed. However, the front desk at Hilton assured us that we did have a reservation and it was paid in full. We were offered an oceanfront room for an extra $10 a night. I guess we got lucky because we didn't have any issues with Prestigia!

We had booked a hotel in Jeju. Arriving at the hotel we were told that the hotel had been renamed with a new owner. Our booking through Prestigia was therefore no longer valid. The Prestigia hotline didn't work for 2 hours. After that, Prestigia apologized but told us that they could give us an another hotel but we couldn't stay in the hotel we had booked because it's way too expensive now. We didn't want to accept that. We paid the extra price and stayed in the booked hotel. The additional costs of €450 were not reimbursed. Instead we were offered a ridiculous 10% off coupon for our next booking - as if we'd ever book with Prestigia again after such an incident like this!
