We booked four hotel rooms in Paris for three nights via prestigia for June. The borders are still closed and we are unable to make our trip. Prestigia refuses to provide any form of credit despite the French government citing that all travel and booking agencies are required to provide reservations through September 2020 with a travel voucher to be used within 18 months. Terrible company who is profiteering off of this terrible situation. I will never book with prestigia again.
I had canceled due to a death, wife changed mind for son and I, so called, nobody called back so had to rebook. That's ok, but probably higher price, I wanted to cancel the "cancellation" email or call would be nice.
I booked a hotel for Lisbon back in September using Prestigia.com. I had until the 25th to cancel the booking at no cost. I canceled on the 17th because I found a hotel the had a better location even though it was more expensive. Once I went to my account and canceled I booked the new hotel with booking.com
Prestigia charge me $60 right after I booked with them even though they said there was no charge until the 25th and later I found a charge for the hotel too. When I asked they are saying I stayed at the hotel I had canceled! It seems I was at two places at the same time. Shameful. Big SCAM. Do not book anything using this website!

March 23,2020, I contacted Prestigia, During COVID-19 I asked to get a refund or change my room to a later month, because of high risk with medical problems we have it would be difficult to travel during this pandemic time of COVID - 19. Customer Service has been non supportive. I contacted customer services over 5 times the email, the numbers is not working, *******902), (1*******902). I asked for management in two emailed conversation. Today is June 11th I still haven't heard from management.

I booked a spring break vacation for my family of six two months in advanced with Presitigia only to find out at 10:30 pm on the day after my full refund experation date my reservation could not be confirmed with the hotel. Needless to say I am very upset and may be out of six round trip flights from Atlanta to Las Vegas. Sure they appologized but that does nothing for me. Oh yeah they did offer me a 10% discount to book another hotel as last minute spring break prices. When I finally got them on the phone at midnight I was told this happend to 50 other bookings as well.
This site is crazy! They advertise rooms that don't exist, lie from consumers and steal. Please avoid them at all costs and do not spend money here. They are thieves.

They advertise a great deal, you pay for it and when you get to the hotel it's nothing what you paid for. Then when you email them with your concerns they try and turn it around and blame it on you. I booked 2 beds and they gave me 1 and tried to say that double deluxe queen means 1 queen bed, and said this matter was resolved. What a bunch of goofs. DONT BOOK WITH THEM!
As others have stated, these reviews are fake. I booked through them because I found their rate on Kayak and saw sitejabber.com had decent ratings... I booked some black friday deals amounting to $3.3k with free cancellation for a year. I started looking in to this comany about a month later and got paranoid so I cancelled my bookings and got e-mails stating that I would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. That was over a month ago. Customer service was unhelpful and told me to keep on waiting, they were checking the status of my refund with their internal team but never actually provided an update. Stalling tactic to run out the clock on your ability to file a chargeback with your credit card provider (90 days for most cards). I filed with American Express and won the disputes and luckily got my money back. Know that if you have a booking with this company, its a scam and you should do what you can immediately to cut your losses. If you go on your trip, you will be out the money Prestigia stole from you plus the money you will spend to find substitute housing. Reddit.com and tripadvisor.com are filled with stories about them from real people, not paid bots! Sitejabber is helping perpetuate the fraud. I have reached out to Kayak.com and Sitejabber.com directly to report this business in hopes they do the ethical thing and remove them!

My review is related to a cancellation I made to a reservation made using Prestigia. I made the cancelation same day I did the reservation, the money was not even removed from my credit card (the amount was pending).
First I got an email telling me that the money will be kept as Credit for future use which I found unacceptable. After I sent an email expresing my frustration I received another reply saying that the money will be deposited to my account but it might take up to 3 months. I booked in the past with Expedia, Bookling.com and I always got the money back in a couple of days so if you think you might have to cancel use a different company! (I also got a better deal from Expedia)

I cancelled a hotel stay because of the Covid19 and I am still waiting for a refund over cancelled room over 2 months ago.
When I try to contact them I just get empty promise's.

I booked 2 night hotel stay at the Grand Oasis Cancun, mexico with prestigia.com and when I arrived, my reservation was not in their system. The hotel contacted their reservation centre to see if there was ny booking whatsoever and NOTHING! I called the numbers listed on the prestigia.com reservations and nooned answered, both the USA and UK number. Imagine my disbelief and now to deal with the stress of paying additional charges for the hotel in cancun, mexico since we needed a place to stay... THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMM! Do not make any reservations with them. Thankfully I already contacted my credit card company and made them aware of the situation.

I went through another site and it was a nightmare. They had rates up and then told me it wasn't availalbe and then I saw they raised the price online.
This site took me 1 minute to book and I received a confirmation shortly after.
DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! I booked a hotel with them back in May. Their site states free cancellation. No where did I see that cancellation would be in a form of a voucher. When I contacted them, they said Covid is considered force majeure, so they are only providing refunds. What doesn't make sense is their site says free cancellation, but then they sent this: "Please note that following our general sales conditions that you have accepted before confirming your booking, Article 2,5th paragraph "Prestigia.com has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure event or other causes beyond their direct control." If that's the case, then that contradicts free cancellation.

Prestige offered the best price for the room available. Plus it included breakfast and was fully refundable. Something other booking sites did not include.
It was a hassle free booking. Very happy as you have the lowest price amongst all. We will spread this site to our friends. Highly recommended. Keep it up!
Stole my money, never booked the hotel, worst customer service ever, telling e that there is nothing they can do and it's a technical error, want to change the hotel to another that is half the price, half the room size, outside of the city and 2 stars less than the one we booked for the same price or else there's nothing they can do. We booked through prestiga and our accommodations were "relocated twice". Halfway through our trip they gave us a notice saying that they could not secure the accommodation that was confirmed a month ago. HORRIBLE. They tried relocating us to an accommodation that was a thousand dollars below the value that we payed for. When we did not accept the relocation, they decided that their only option was to refund us. Leaving us without a hotel on our honeymoon at our next location.
I repeat DO NOT USE PRESTIGIA.

Booked a room a week ahead for two nights, go to check in and the hotel said they never had a reservation for us?! I called the 24/7 hot line he repeatedly told me oh we tried to call and email you for the last security step you didn't respond so we didn't book your hotel but they still charged me $400? You took $400 dollars from me and my 3 kids on Easter and was left roomless. What a scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I've called many times since then they told me my money would be refunded 2-3 business days but STILL NOTHING. Now I call and no one will answer.
OK so far. Have not completed trip. Complaint would be that the price rose by $500 by the time I booked and there was a service charge of $695 which raised the cost significantly

Price seemed fair and was easy to navigate. This is my favorite hotel in Waikiki. The resort fee at $35. A night is fairly high but, I feel it is worth it.
