We booked four hotel rooms in Paris for three nights via prestigia for June. The borders are still closed and we are unable to make our trip. Prestigia refuses to provide any form of credit despite the French government citing that all travel and booking agencies are required to provide reservations through September 2020 with a travel voucher to be used within 18 months. Terrible company who is profiteering off of this terrible situation. I will never book with prestigia again.
WORST COMPANY AND COSTUMER SERVICE EVER
We ordered a room and a few hours later they emailed us that the order was cancelled by us, even though we didn't do such a thing. After confronting us and taking our money (about 7 days of on-going emails), they decided to partially refund us instead of giving back the whole refund or just un-cancelling the reservation. This is the worst costumer service I ever encountered, I don't wish my worst enemies to confront them, and I will never get even near this site.
Prestigia did a great job of following up on all of my reservation requests. I was very pleased with the hotel rates they have! I will definitely make further reservations with Prestigia!

Apparently the hotel did not confirm our reservation with PRESTIGIA and PRESTIGIA did not communicate to us anything. We traveled to the said location only to find the hotel fully booked. We had to wait 2 hours for room availability confirmation at the reception. Not acceptable. I usually travel using PRESTIGIA, sometimes with some a little bit of inconvenience and sometimes with satisfaction regarding the reservation experience (as you would with any reservation plateforme). This one in particular was absolutely not pleasant.
These people quote you one price at the onset and say it's some kind of special deal. They take a deposit and then jack up the price of your booking. This site is a scam.

I have booked a stay through Prestigia for international accomadations 3 months out. I saw the advertised rate plus additional taxes and was charged later by the hotel. When I saw the charge made by the hotel, it was $300 more than Prestigia advertised. According to my Prestigia confirmation, I would be charged a tax that is "10% of the nightly rate" which would mean 10% of one night's rate. When I inquired with Prestigia, they told me that it actually meant 10% of my entire stay. There is a serious language barrier with this company. I told them that is false advertising and I would like a refund. After some back and forth, they told me because the rate is non-refundable they can't do anything at all. The customer service from this company is horrible! I am now disputing the charge with my bank. As someone who has worked at a hotel for years, this would be completely unacceptable customer service in the hotel industry. Do not book through them! The total amount is falsified and when you dispute the charge they will not care!
It gave me the wrong hotel I put in Aberdeen when I booked hotel it said jury's Inn Middlesbrough a place I have never been to I would like a refund or credit due to mistake made by website and not by customer

If I could give Prestigia zero stars I would. This is by far the worse travel experience I have ever had. I booked a trip for a vacation to Cabo. My trip is not planned until September 2020. I booked in June. It was supposed to be free cancellation until September 20. I cancelled in June! Upon cancellation my credit card was charged for 100% of the amount due. I contacted them and was told everything would be handled according to their policy. They sent me the policy saying it was a "free cancellation". I noticed a few days after cancelling that no refund had posted to my Visa, so I contacted prestigia again and was told I would be receiving a credit for future travel use, and not be receiving a refund. THAT IS NOT A FREE CANCELLATION! I am now having to pursue a claim with my bank to get my money back. After multiple emails back and forth with Prestigia, I am gaining no headway. Nowhere on their website does it say anything about free cancellation resulting in a credit. I have booked with Expedia, Travelocity, trip advisor, Costco, booking.com And others and never has a free cancellation meant anything besides just that. I will never use this company again and will be telling all my friends and family to stay clear. Do yourself a favor and never use them.
It went well but breakfast options were not specified on your site and all other sites had breakfast options. I went ahead and booked though since price was so good.
Great experience, I however had challenges with getting my payment processed. I had to call my credit card company after 5 tries. But, the savings I got made it worthwhile.
The ONE time I did not book directly with a hotel, and I got BURNED beyond relief. Canceled my 5 day hotel stay 133 days ago, and have yet to receive a refund (It's almost $2k!). They keep telling me it will be 4 more weeks. I'm guessing they are not ethical or reputable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I paid for a reservation that was later canceled because of "technical issues" and now the price has doubled from $2k to $4k. What a scam. Run from this company. Fraudulent

If I was rating Prestigia on ease of booking and price, I would probably rate them 4 or even 5 star. However, behind this facade lies a world of trouble. I'm posting this review, so that the unwary do not get caught like so many of us. PLEASE look at their Trustpilot reviews and focus on ones who have gone beyond just making a booking. There are years worth of complaints ranging from different charges to ones displayed on website to failure to refund etc.
I didn't do my research properly and booked a few nights in Las Vegas with them. Due to the Coronavirus I cancelled my booking well in advance, secure in the knowledge that I had the guarantee of a 100% refundable rate. Apparently that doesn't mean cash though! Instead I've been offered a voucher for future use?!
I've worked in hospitality for 15 years and NEVER known a refundable booking to refer to a credit note and not cash. They are trying to hide behind the current crisis, but if anything the hotels are being more flexible and not less (kudos to Marriott for refunding my non refundable booking - in cash!). Please don't be fooled by the illusion of saving a little, use a proper 3rd party like Booking.com / Expedia etc or book direct otherwise expect to find yourself disappointed like many more of us!

The selection I made said it included breakfast for 2 and once I confirmed then breakfast was no longer part of the price. Also each rate I clicked on, seem to disappear whilst I was trying to book.

Reserved 4 rooms for 3 nights in a 5* Hotel in Rome. Paid in full at the moment of the reservation and got a confirmation for all of them. Upon arrival at the hotel (9:30 am) the front desk confirms 2 rooms for our family, I showed him the prestigia.com confirmation page and confirmed thay only reserved 2 rooms. He helped me get customer service on the line but that was 25 min wasted of my time; they told me unfortunately they could only confirm 2 rooms and the hotel was completely full (REALLY, 5 star hotel in Rome 1 block away from the Vatican in the middle of July? What did he think?). Best option he could offer was a hotel 3 miles away from the original for the 2 missing rooms... remember, this is a family trip that is why we needed 4 rooms. At the end, had to split the group, got a refund for the 2 rooms and obviously could find anything similar, ended getting 2 expensive rooms in a very inferior 3 star hotel 1 block away from the rest of our group, not the experience we planned for,

I saw prestigia's price was lower than booking directly with the hotel on kayak so I booked through them. I got a confirmation from them but the hotel itself could not confirm that the room was booked. The trip was canceled due to coronavirus and I rescheduled my meetings but prestigia would not give a refund, only credit towards another booking (which would be fine if they had given a code or some usable evidence that I have a credit available). When I emailed them to say I wanted to use the credit towards another booking, they said they lost the info and asked for my credit card numbers over email. I've tried to call their customer service numbers and they are all disconnected. They will just take your money and have no intention of actually booking the room or giving you any refund or booking credit to use. Everything has to be done through one of their representatives. I checked with the hotel directly and their price through their site is $60 cheaper than with prestigia. Stay away and avoid the headaches, hopefully they will go out of business soon.

Easy to get the rooms I need at a fair price. Looking forward to touring around the city. The trolley stop is right near the front door... easy commute.
This is an intermediate company and when can felling they refer you to Roomerflex and take little responsibility for your booking
They take a fee at time of booking and the remainder of the charges are applied by hotel - their transaction fee is another company name Wisbech Investments LIM Gibraltor
I am truly appalled at the poor level of customer care and that they are merely an intermediate of another third party asides of the hotel itself

Other taxes: 10.00 % of nightly rate
Local taxes: 10.00 % of nightly rate
This means these taxes will be calculated on the total amount of the booking, which is the case with all hotels in Dubai.
Indeed you asked for a refund and our customer service did its best to negotiate this with the hotel, but unfortunately they didn't accept since it's a non refundable rate.
