We booked four hotel rooms in Paris for three nights via prestigia for June. The borders are still closed and we are unable to make our trip. Prestigia refuses to provide any form of credit despite the French government citing that all travel and booking agencies are required to provide reservations through September 2020 with a travel voucher to be used within 18 months. Terrible company who is profiteering off of this terrible situation. I will never book with prestigia again.

After doing some price compares, I found Prestigia offered the lowest rate on our group travel destination. I then referred Prestigia to my traveling group. My group purchased a total of six reservation (some with multiple rooms) at two different hotels with six months before the travel date.
Unfortunately two of us needed to cancel and change our initial room reservations. The first person canceled within 48 hours and requested a refund. She was within the cancellation period and was offered a refund. But she was never pressed for the funds and only inquired once.
I canceled one of the two rooms booked on my reservation with three months before the travel date (again within the cancellation period) and was told "due to COVID-19 refunds are taking longer to process". Two months after the cancellation I sent several emails (because I could not reach anyone via phone) and was told it is being processed.
Thankfully, we all arrived at our hotels and the check ins went great with no issues. Upon returning from the trip I inquired again about my refund and was told "it is being processed". Two weeks after the trip and after several additional emails, I received a reply that my refund would posted in 2-5 days. It's been two weeks from that email and now I four months from refund request and I still have it to receive a refund.
I contacted my credit card company and they state they could protest the charges, but I didn't want to cancel the charge because I did receive half of the service (one of the two rooms).
This could have been a five star review do to the great prices and ease of making reservations, but I will never use them again and I am still waiting for my refund.

It was just fine but I wasn't offered the whole possibility range for the rooms and also photographs and description were lacking information.
After struggling to find suitable accommodation for the Easter break I was delighted that Prestigia had the hotel I wanted and for the dates. After booking, I then excitedly booked our pretty expensive flights but safe in the knowledge, all was sorted... Or so I thought.
5 days later. 5 days. 1 day before we fly. I happened across an email that hit the updates folder of Gmail, saying that unfortunately, Prestigia could not fulfil my booking and my deposit would be returned. Due to the inconvenience, they offer a 10% discount code to use on future bookings.
Unbelievable.
How can it take 5 days for them to realise that the booking didn't work. And then to email, rather than call me?
If I hadn't checked and spotted that email, I would have turned up at 11pm, with my pregnant wife, at the hotel to find that I didn't have a booking.
I'm now stuck with flights to and from a location that no hotels have availability for. And I'm not exaggerating, literally no room anywhere. Especially the hotel I thought I booked. When I rang them directly, not only did they have no correspondence from Prestigia about me but the hotel been booked out for those dates for the last month.
I've got no idea how their booking system works but I think old tin cans and string is definitely involved.
Really excited to use the offer of 10% off my next booking.
Also, I've really enjoyed the complete lack of acknowledgement of my complaint when I emailed them about not wanting to be charged for the cancellation, which the next email suggested I would incur.
Be aware if you use them and probably best to ring the hotel after you've booked and double check that the string and tin cans are all in place...
