My experience was wonderful. It have me enough time to make my selection. Need more pictures and details of the hotels though. Great
We booked four hotel rooms in Paris for three nights via prestigia for June. The borders are still closed and we are unable to make our trip. Prestigia refuses to provide any form of credit despite the French government citing that all travel and booking agencies are required to provide reservations through September 2020 with a travel voucher to be used within 18 months. Terrible company who is profiteering off of this terrible situation. I will never book with prestigia again.
The total amount, including VAT etc, should clearly detailed and calculated in the initial offering.
Cancelled under their terms. They giving the run around on getting me a refund. Im gonng have to do a chargeback from my CC company. STAY FAR AWAY
First time for me using prestigia I hope i will satisfied on the hôtel specially for the room and to keep me as permanent client for next bookings
I did Ask if there is opportunité to offer me transfert from airport the answer unfrtunatelly was Négative , however on my préviens booking I did recieved Gifts better room additional days or even transfert from and to airport but not with prestigia thanks for your follow up I wouid advice you to work on client satisfaction as first priority

It was fine it wouldn't "allow" my credit card the first time, after it timed out I did it again and was easy then.
I usually use a debit visa however the site wouldn't accept it. Not a big deal but it was a little of a hassle

I had to reenter 3 times information as Apple Pay integration does not work. Poor payment checkout experience.
As the booking has a free cancellation until early August 2 months away I would have expected my accont to be debited then and not now

I think that this site I was brought to from Trivago was great and the price was the best I have seen
Good service, easy to book, just to find recipts etc is not easy and the costs on creditcard was higher then on the reservation.
I can only give a review when I know that my booking has been confirmed by the hotel as well.
