Ordered over $700 in light fixtures one week ago. Money was withdrawn from our account the next day and they sent us an email stating the products were backordered. Over the past week, we've tried calling several times. No answer, We've emailed several times.no answer, we've tried to get on chat a couple of times.no answer. We're afraid we've been ripped off for over $700. When we checked on this business before we ordered, all the sites proclaimed it was a legit business. Now we're not so sure.

I had a great purchasing experience at prime buy. But here I want to write a general overview. I do appreciate the site navigation, so simple, everything is well-organized, pretty good prices, and so on. But sometimes the lack of photos on some products is a minus. I search for product photos on other sites and then go back and place an order here. Quite inconvenient.
Still, I love ordering from this seller. Thanks for the good product quality and prompt delivery.
I've shopped three times at prime buy. In each case, checkout was easy and delivery was fast. I had no reason to contact their customer service as a result, so can't speak to how that would work.
Good store, easy to find what you are looking for. The UPS I ordered there came well-packed, in good condition and precisely at the day I expected it to get.
