The item they sent me was a long way short of the listing description.
Sent them Photographic proof that clearly showed the item was not
As described. Sent them a copy of the of the post office receipt for the return
Postage ( the tracking info said it had been delivered). After much wasted time
And emails they still would not refund my return postage costs. Amazon refunded
Me eventually, apparently a one off and something they just don't generally do so
They say, which says something about what they think about prime furnishings in
