Absolute scam! I deeply regret ordering anything from this site. They will not honor their posted exchange policy. The policy states a customer who is exchanging an item will need to pay shipping. In reality, they charge you $30 to exchange anything! This company states it is in California but says the $30 is because everything comes from China. TOTAL SCAM.

They have no working phone number. HUGE RED FLAG! The email exchange stated they were having technical difficulties. The phone number still does not work.

The email is the same information over and over with no way to resolve anything as there is no name, no phone number or anything else. They just keep sending the same link to pay $30 or they will do nothing.

Better Business Bureau has their rating as an F.

HUGE MISTAKE ORDERING FROM PRIME JACKETS.

I would give a negative review if I could. I bought a jacket late November as a Christmas present it was too small, two days after Christmas I emailed the company to exchange it. They said their policy is 7 days after RECEIVING it I could have exchanged it. Seems unfair to prey on people at that time of year. I mean anyone buying items at that time of year do not know within 7 days if it fits. All I want is to exchange it for another size, no harm no foul. They could still sell the one I originally bought, they aren't losing any money. I'd even pay for shipping. But they just refuse. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you are trying the item on or giving it to someone the second you receive it. Because if it doesn't fit and it's past the 7 days of receiving it you are out of luck.
