Hey cannot fulfill next day delivery orders so don't bother paying the next day charge. Every single time my order has failed to turn up next day. I have spent over £400 on one order which has failed to turn up. Customer service have emailed the courier, emailed?! Ridiculous if you have an account you should have access to contact them. I can't believe this company is still allowed to trade. No solutions or help offered. I only order because of Lorna Luxe once her contract ends I will be shopping elsewhere as the service and quality if we are being honest is not worth the price
I am extremely frustrated with this company. My daughter ordered clothing two months ago to the value of r2000. Tracking says it's been delivered but no sign of a parcel as yet. To add insult to injury it's virtually impossible to speak to anyone tgere as customer service number is NEVER available!
This company will be out of business soon if recent behavior is any indicator. I ordered my daughter's Christmas presents from Princess Polly on December 2nd. Their website said everything was in stock and ‘ready to ship'. The following day I received an email from them saying that due to COVID they were experiencing some delays (understandable), and they would email me with my tracking number when my items had shipped. "Nothing to do here, babe"... just letting me know. Fine. Fast-forward 3 weeks and still NO COMMUNICATION from Princess Polly. Christmas is in 3 days. I have called customer service a dozen times or more, and each time I wait on hold for 10-15 minutes and then a recorded message comes on and says ‘sorry, but no one is available to take your call at this time... Please try again later ". Then it HANGS UP on you. I've also emailed customer service multiple times and get an automated response saying they received my email and please give them 48 hours to respond. That was over a week ago. Nothing since then. Nada. I cannot reach them and it seems like this is a giant scam.

The XXS(0) is an xs/s on bottoms and dresses. Got a skirt last year and it was big. I'm xxs in every brand. I forgot about it and I order two skirts and a dress and they are big for a xxs(0size)

Clothes arrived ripped and had to pay $40 to send them back. Would never order there again, very disappointed. Do not recommend!
