My experience with Printerpix support/ customer service staff via email is the best of any company I've encountered. Either you hire the right people or train them well or both. The quality of the printing is very poor and they are refusing refund. Professional pictures are all bleary, pictures are cut. Waste of a lot of money
Ordered a photobook on the 29th February. I am in the UK and I ordered from Printerpix UK as it says on my reciept. Despite paying for expedited shipping, it has turned up TODAY (after 20 days - nearly three weeks!) and it has a IMPORT VAT charge levied on it by UPS the carrier of £139. I have been informed that I will still be liable for this despite refusing delivery and the debt is handed to a debt collector. I received no warning about this! How can I be liable for an import tax when I am a UK citizen ordering from a UK website with NO associated warning.

That'd I'd be ripped off to the tune of £139 import duty despite ordering from Printerpix UK and told taht UPS are handing the debt to a debt collection agency despite me refusing reciept of the book.

I spent around £50 on a large Sherpa blanket to use as a memory blanket with photos printed on. I waited for ages to receive it, but didn't mind the wait. When it finally arrived, I was so disappointed. Where there should be black in the picture, bits of it are a sort of fluorescent blue and it looks like the ink has run out. As soon as my partner saw the blanket he mentioned it. I am really upset. £50 down the drain as I cannot seem to contact them. I would also say I was expecting the Sherpa blanket to be better quality also. It is extremely think and not fluffy on one side as expected. Avoid this company.

I ordered personalised wooden jigsaw puzzles which were intended as Christmas gifts. With the postage charges my order cost over £100, so these items are relatively expensive.
Printerpix sent the cheaper puzzles printed on hardboard.
Printerpix has ignored all requests to process a return and refund.
I am now forced to recover my money by raising a Section 75 claim with my bank.

A couple of days after my Dad passed away, my Mum asked me if I could get her a photo printed of Dad so she could talk to him. Not having the time or emotional strength to do this face to face, a quick google search and I arrived at Printerpix. The product itself was fairly priced so I went ahead with the order. When it came to delivery options... £19 for next day delivery! Due to the aforementioned time and emotional strength I sucked this up, yes it's ridiculous, but i didn't want to spend hours shopping for a photo, besides it would be here tomorrow... WRONG! It took over a week for the delivery to arrive. Again, at a point in my life where I had more strength and time I would have challenged this. £19 for next day delivery that actually takes over a week is DISGUSTING. Avoid at all costs people.
Dominic Aaron helped with a cancellation. Took a long time even though it was just a voucher which has statutory 7 day cancellation according to their policy. Long wait in queue but understandable given its during black Friday sales. Overall happy that is done.

Had a problem with my calendar which arrived damaged. I emailed customer service but no one got back to me so spoke to Manika via online chat who sorted it all out for me and resent my order. Thank you Manika!
This is a great site if you have many, many hours to create photos using antiquated software that has virtually no intuitive design and lacks clear documentation. There is documentation of sorts that you can probably find if you have nothing better to do than point and click all over every screen. Don't try contacting them via phone as I did and got static for each of the 9 calls attempted over 30 minutes. Of course I was calling their US number. If you complete an order you will learn that you get a confirmation order number but the total amount paid and what you purchased are no longer available to copy. They do have a chat option that is only available if you can manage to get to a point where you think you are ready to pay. The chat folks are a mix of bad and not too bad but have a tendency to just drop the chat leaving you with a message that chat is not available.
You can do much better using any of a few thousand other photo processing options.
I ordered a calendar and a jigsaw puzzle. The calendar was really good and please but jigsaw was very poor colour was terrible could recognise my grandson on the picture. I also paid £10 for delivery and 2 items came in same package. Wont be ordering again extremely disappointed.
After a bit of to-ing and fro-ing with various members of the team, I just needed some help. Everyone I had spoken to were lovely, but my queries weren't quite answered. Then I spoke to Vincenzo, who was understanding of the situation, courteous and above all, did what he said he was going to do. I haven't received the photo books yet, but very happy with the customer service. Thank you.
Used the online chat service to establish the status of my order. The chat response was very quick and Kayla was the representative I chatted with. She very quickly updated me on my order and I'm hopeful I'll receive it tomorrow as I've paid for next day delivery and had expected it today.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service! I've been sent a free A5 hardcover photobook for 20 pages because I have used them such a long time ago. I spent a lot of time creating my photobook and trying to make it really nice - when I added it to my basket, it was NOT free, I only got 40% off. Sent a lot of emails more than a week ago, still no answer, I tried to chat online to someone after waiting 4 hours in the queue, when Viviana eventually started helping me -she gave me NO ANSWERS and just said she is helping other people as well! And then she cut me off! I will never use you again! No wonder I stopped using you in the first place! False advertising and extortionate prices for delivery!

Ordered 2nd December, they took the money straight away! It is now the 18th December and my items have not even been printed.
Cannot get any responses via any method, emails ignored, phones not answered over 2 hours on hold to live chat with 70 people in the queue and then cut off... this happens multiple times!

I had 2 Groupon vouchers for 2 blankets and had to check each out separate for a high delivery charge of £9.99 each, even though they were both going to the same address. I then had a lot of issues trying to check out and only managed it with Kayla helping (who was very patient and helpful)
I received faulty tiles but after talking to Matthew and Kayla on chat they sorted it out and are sending me replacement tiles. The advisers were very helpful and once I receive new tiles which aren't faulty I'll update this review. I'm updating this review as I have received new tiles in perfect condition. Thank you.

We had a problem with a photobook arriving damaged by the couriers. We reported this and Kayla from Customer Services kindly arranged for us to have a replacement. Unfortunately the couriers did some slight damage to the replacement book. I contacted Kayla again saying that the damage was so slight that we would accept the book but they needed to have words with the couriers who were clearly careless. Kayla was wonderful and arranged for us to have a free smaller book as a goodwill gift. I cannot rate her high enough as far as customer service is concerned. The quality of the books is also fantastic. Such wonderful memories for us to keep.

I placed an order with printerpix 16 days before their deadline of December 10 to get it by Christmas they took the money out in November it's the day after Christmas and I still haven't received it on their website it says they are in Florida but when you call you get the UK printerpix. I called last week to be sure it would be here by Christmas river Smith assured me it would be here by Christmas no matter what and it is not she sent me an email stating their delivery policy which made no sense because the delivery policy was over it had already been 25 Days Way past their delivery schedule that they promise. Now I'm trying to get in touch with them and they're not open... of course not it's the day after Christmas on a weekend so they knew when it didn't show up on Christmas I wouldn't be able to do anything about it.

I have used PrinterPix on several occasions in the past, and have found them very supportive and helpful in their dealings with their customers.
The products that I have purchased from them have, in the main, surpassed expectations, and I've found the PrinterPix website is intuitive and easy to use when designing Photobooks.
A special mention for Norah Jones in Customer Services Dept - she had been very helpful (despite me calling her Nora) and went the extra mile.
All in all a great company.

I had bought the 3 Calendar option from Groupon. When completing the order I didn't change the number required to 3 as I assumed the 1 meant 1 order. As I only received 1 calendar I had an online chat with Kayla and she agreed to order 2 more for me after I had paid the postage. The calendars have arrived and I am very grateful to Kayla. Thank you.
Kayla was very helpful in confirming and escalating my order status. I was concerned that online status was indicating that an earlier order was not progressing, whereas a later order was. Kayla checked and put my mind at rest.
I was very confused initially, with the amount I was going to have to pay for 2 blankets and the packaging, when I had already bought the blankets. I eventually spoke to Vincenzo, who was very helpful and managed to sort the order and the postage when I paid for it on PayPal.
I am hoping the blankets turn up OK, after reading some of the negative feedback on here.
I received a misprinted order and Kayla made sure that I had my photo tiles adjusted and reordered. Fabulous customer service and even after this issue, I will be ordering again in the future. Customer service as it should be. Thank you Kayla.

I would have liked to give them a good rating on their photo products, as they are of good quality, but their service is the worse! I used 3 groupon orders through them. The first order took 8 weeks to arrive... I called several times to get updates and was either left on hold for at least 30 minutes or hung up on. They do NOT respond to their emails to customer service; the 2nd order actually went through well... arriving in 8 days; the 3rd order, a total screw up... took 5 weeks to get order and then did not include the mounting material. I have called 3 times (once again left on hold for over 30 minutes each time); no response to 2 email requests on getting this material... and each svc rep stating would be 'shipped today'. Which never is. THE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER experienced and would NOT USE THEM again!
