My experience with Printerpix support/ customer service staff via email is the best of any company I've encountered. Either you hire the right people or train them well or both. The quality of the printing is very poor and they are refusing refund. Professional pictures are all bleary, pictures are cut. Waste of a lot of money
I ordered 3 photo puzzles and 2 were not correct. I contacted the company and via online chat "spoke" to Kayla. She was amazing! Extremely helpful, knowledgable, kind and patient. I am fortunate to have been connected to her. She resolved my issue and I am extremely happy with the service I received.

Jack has been very helpful a lovely customer support worker. My previous emails I couldn't respond to because it wouldn't work when it says respond / write your reply above the grey line. I phoned today and Jack was lovely and clear on the phone and my problem has been sorted. Very happy customer.
I had a problem with my order with printer prix, but hopefully with kayla on the customer chat line this has been resolved. The proof will be reveled when my order arrives and hopefully I can give them a glowing review. But the customer service has got my thumbs up
I had a problem with a Groupon-code. Groupon had given me a wrong code to order the album of 100 pages that I had made (and which was a lot of work - several days). I had ordered a Dutch code for an album and this was also mentioned on my Groupon order form. Unfortunately, the code was only valid for a French website (which was the mistake of Groupon). I was in a panick, but luckily "Kayla" solved this problem. I am very thankful to her.

My fridge magnets came 3 weeks late and when they arrived they had the wrong pictures on them. Did get a refund but honestly not worth the hassle. Use another business.

I didn't receive my item due to incomplete address (the apt number was left out) but called and Andrea was so sweet and sent a replacement right away!
I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Roger. After several things that needed addressing that both of us patiently went through to sort out. He was extremely helpful, polite, listened carefully to me as a customer and did all he could to help me, he was also calm and courteous throughout. Unfortunately due to a technical hitch we got cut off. Later that day he rang back which I was so grateful for him doing, it really showed me he and printerpix the company he represents really want to help their customers. We finished our conversation and he was able to sort out all my queries. I can't tell you what it meant for him to bother to ring me back - it meant so much. Thank you Roger, this company should be proud to have you as their employee.
I have to be honest though Printerpix needs to go free phone to improve customer services as very costly to call them but i've had some great products and will remain a devoted customer thanks to the hard working customer service personnel like Roger and his colleagues.
I ordered 5 calendars on the 14th of December. At that time their site had a countdown clock saying that all orders made until the 16th will be delivered before chriatmas. Guess what. Now their site says that everything ordered after the 13th will not be delivered for christmas. Called them and they said their website said that 13th is the last day since black friday. Awfull liars! Waste of money. Would love to give 0 stars
Patrick Jane went above and beyond for me and took me through the baby steps of what seemed the impossible - he even created the exact thing I wanted which I couldn't do due to the Printerpix website being very unpredictable.
Chatting With Nancy was a great experance after I got a terrible one via phone. Nancy helped me with my problem, put time and effort solving the problem and I hope at the end I will get my calenders on time and on a good price and hopefully With the good quality as they look on the screen!
