My experience with Printerpix support/ customer service staff via email is the best of any company I've encountered. Either you hire the right people or train them well or both. The quality of the printing is very poor and they are refusing refund. Professional pictures are all bleary, pictures are cut. Waste of a lot of money

Tip for consumers:
make sure you know the number of pages you want, adding pages later is not ideal, as it want apply the layout that you chose

Purchased a photobook had a great coupon - Photobook hasn't arrived yet, but customer service was very helpful when my coupon expired in the process of making my photobook - it took a lot of time to get the photos uploaded.

Also vorab, Kundenservice Kayla war erste wirklich gute Hilfe in knapp 2,5 Wochen Ärger.
Erst hat bestellaufgabe nicht funktioniert, dann war Lieferzeit wesentlich länger wie angegeben, rpckmeldeunf auf nachfragen kamen Tage später ohne wirklich Informationen zu enthalten und zu helfen und dann kam das Produkt mit einem schlechten nicht vollständigen Druck an.
Habe nun Ersatz versprochen bekommen, hoffentlich klappt dies.
