“Copyright Infringement”

Printerval.com allows their registered users to upload artworks which the users illegally copied from other online t-shirt companies. I have sent Printerval.com numerous DMCA takedown notices, but they keep giving me a runaround by asking me to provide the exact same information that is in the DMCA notice. Printerval.com does not take international copyright laws seriously.
