Not a bad business business-wise, but awfully tender when it comes to criticism. Say the wrong thing and you're out. They will cut you out if you criticize. I did not use profanity, but I did let them know their Customer Help protocols were very lacking in a way I had hoped they would pay attention. I am certain some tidy milennial in the server farm got his/her feelings hurt and bam I was out. Loosing over 100 templates. Which has been quite bad for my business. Go ahead with if you want, but do not say a bad word to them or they will cry.
