Ordered mine less than three weeks ago, picture of my cat Stanley and received it last night! I have been reading a lot of reviews and was worried I might be in trouble but I really am so happy with how smoothly ordering went! No problems what so ever, might buy another one to be honest!
They don't honor guarantees. When you call them out on their BS, you get threatened with all of these garbage claims of law suits and felony charges. Look at the reply I got from "Customer Service" lol idiots

They are a complete scamming company. I ordered a blanket for Christmas on November 5,2018, and today is January 5,2018, and so far no blanket. I have written them several emails and have gotten rude and short responses that all respond with "wait a little longer" or "be patient" when I was requesting a refund. I have emailed them about four times, and now my email and account has been blocked and I am no longer allowed to see my tracking information. Also, there is no phone number on the website, and the address they provide in Dallas, TX is false. THIS IS A RED FLAG. Print Your Pet is a disgusting company that is taking thousands of dollars every day without providing a product. They are hard to work with, rude, and this whole company deserves to be taken down. Also, my order ID is false because I don't want PrintYourPet to contact me about anything I have said in this review. PrintYourPet's, *, deserves to serve time for this criminal business. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Never even received my design proof. I ordered a fleece blanket on Nov. 1st and a month later I emailed asking the status of my order and got no response from them. Sent a message over Instagram and they asked for my order ID, so I gave it to them and received no response. After looking at reviews, I decided to cancel. I sent TWO cancellation emails and again, no response. So I decided I would dispute the charge with the bank. I informed PrintYourPet of what I was doing through Instagram since that was the
Only place they seemed to respond and they threatened to file a police report on me for "stealing" from them and called me a "fraudster" when they never sent me a product. They told me they sent the product, yet I never even received my design proof. How could they be sending my order out when I'm supposed to approve of the design first? After threatening me and insulting me, they blocked me on Instagram. Thankfully, I took screenshots of the messages. Even if they aren't a scam and are just insanely backed up, the customer service either never responds to you or is TERRIBLE and RUDE when you are concerned over not receiving a product you paid for.
Since I posted my first review, a man named * who owns the trademark has now threatened me with legal action because I shared the conversation I had with them on Instagram and to contact everyone I know about "who I am". I've spoken with a lawyer. Seriously, if they were nice and communicated with some ounce of respect for their customers, I wouldn't be posting reviews, but their behavior was abhorrent and completely uncalled for.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site. It's more trouble than it's worth. Find a digital artist through Etsy or something and get permission to put the artwork on a mug, blanket, canvas, etc. That's what I did after this whole debacle.

I am rolling on the floor laughing at these "legal" threats! Actually, truly laughing out loud! I have two theories: (1) this "attorney" they have on retainer sending threatening emails over $80 is an individual who failed out of law school, or (2) there is no actual attorney and the company is lying about this like most everything else. My money is on option 2.
As an actual attorney, let me explain something to the customer service here--who seems to have the IQ of a fence post: the legal definition of defamation (slander or libel) is something that harms your reputation and is NOT TRUE! If legitimately every review here is based in fact, you don't have a leg to stand on. Any hack job attorney would know this, especially with the copied-and-pasted real evidence of correspondence with this scam company others have shared here and with the BBB.
So, any current or potential customers who are reading this: please understand the only party getting dragged to court in this scenario is "Print Your Pet". Some of these responses from customer service containing blackmail and threats are so fantastically unfounded, ridiculous, and stupid, that I would love to see them used as an exam question in a consumer law class. In other news, get ready for the BBB complaint I filed demanding a refund... we'll see how things progress from there. Fight fire with fire I suppose? Or as Print Your Pet says, "see you in court!" SMH
THE TRUTH ABOUT ORDERING FROM PRINT YOUR PET
I'm sharing my customer experience with PYP. This is an effort to provide transparency to customers left in the dark.
I received my order 10 weeks and 1 day after my order.
I sent PYP 25 emails to follow-up on my order.
They did not respond to any of my messages on social media.
They advertise "printing and shipping" in "3-4" weeks with Christmas cutoff on 11/25.
Here's a timeline of my order progress:
10/8/2018: Placed my order for a custom human-size blanket.
11/6/2018: Received art proof. I approve the same day.
11/8/2018: I'm told the approved art was sent to production.
11/24/2018: PYP mentions busy holidays and says to check my email for art.
11/30/2018: I'm told art was actually sent to production on 11/17.
12/5/2018: They apologize for the delay and push my order up in the queue.
12/6/2018: I'm told my order shipped, and they had sent me a tracking # (they didn't).
12/10/2018: I get an auto PYP email saying my order shipped with DHL tracking*.
12/12/2018: I get a personal PYP email confirming shipment and tracking.
12/17/2018: There was a delay by DHL/USPS in delivering my order on 12/17.
12/18/2018: My PYP order finally arrives more than two months later.
*DHL is an international carrier, which implies all or some of PYP's products ship from outside the U.S. In an email, they say production time takes "1-3 weeks (at most)", domestic shipping is 3-5 days with 1-3 days priority, and international takes 1-2 weeks.
Based on my last note, when you factor what they say about production time (1-3 weeks) and factoring in shipping from DHL to a local carrier aka USPS (3-5 days+), there is no way 3-4 weeks is a remotely realistic delivery.
PYP would have less angry customers leaving messages on BBB, other boards, and social media if they were more transparent and realistic about their shipping on their website. It's very clear 3-4 weeks isn't remotely close to being accurate. If they took the time to update this information, they'd solve a lot more problems.
Bottom line?
If you send them 25+ emails making sure they stay on top of your order, you might get it in just over 10 weeks aka 2+ months.

November of last year I ordered a gift for my friend from a website called "Print Your Pet" When I ordered this gift it was stated on the website that you have so and so amount of days left to order so your items come before Christmas. So I ordered. I did not receive my order. After multiple emails to the company and being ignored I finally got through to someone through Facebook messenger. Jump forward to February. I told them I wanted a refund. So they told me they would give me my refund and cancelled my order. (I have since gotten my refund) jump a few months later to now. A review website came up on an ad for me to review my experience with the website. Which I did and right away got a (rude) response on the website from the Print Your Pet company where they stated if I had any other questions to email them. They attached the email that is also on their website and everywhere else if you try to find an email for this company.
The emails I have got show that the customer service is horrible. They are threatening to sue me and threatening me with lawyers because I posted screen shots of the emails on my Instagram and because I am "Lying" and "Slandering" (Even though I stated that I have got a refund. There's nothing that I'm lying about. Just showing the truth behind the company. And they're the ones slandering their own name) After all these emails I got an email from a name a do not know. When I look the name up he apparently is the CEO of the company. In this email the CEO is asking me for my address so they can send me "physical copies of a court date" (Which I don't understand how they made a court date within an hour of me posting our emails on Instagram) I have not responded to any more of the emails and I do not plan to. Yet they continue to email and harass me even though I am not responding.
You can look up many reviews of this company and see many complaints similar to mine. Where they waited months for their purchases and never received them. Where they were offered a refund and they never got it. Where they received their product and it was damaged or something was wrong with it and the customer service was just rude and did not want to help. I know for a fact I am not the only person who has dealt with this.

Hey Noel, sorry again about your bad experience. We've responded to the other review on the last review site you left one on and I was able to see we did refunded you as soon as you requested one last year. It seems by your originally emails you were confused and thought you never got it. Thought you since apologized and found it. Of course we wouldn't hold funds. We've been in business for 3 years and have thousands and thousands of happy customers which is why we are still around. And after reading your emails I am sorry we wouldn't give you a free product like you asked almost a year later, even after a refund. Threatening us and trying to leave bad reviews because we already gave you your money back we can't re-ship you an item a year later.
