I love the many features and functions of Houzz Pro. Houzz has not connected me with local clients, it has also offered an abundance of tools which facilitate a more productive process to get to the end result design my client receives.

Do do it

Houzz Pro is a scam. There is no benefits that will help grow your client base. They charge a large amount of money for a small advertising region. There is no way to cancel you subscription and your on file card can never be removed. Currently there is over 500 complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Suggest, don't even view this website. They will find a way to constantly bill you. Very bad business practices.

Poor lead generation
July 22, 2022

I was over sold on the lead generation function go the software. After taking over a month to get set up on the software it started generating poor leads. I tried to cancel, they locked me into a year long agreement. I tried to make the best of it and responded to any lead that might have even been close to good and still did not generate work. I had a sigh of relief when the year was up. I finally realized they were still charging my card and found out that they have an automatic renewal. For another year! So now they say I'm trapped in a software that I have absolutely no use for. BEWARE!

If you decide that you can't use their service or it is not the right fit for you... they make it impossible to cancel. Hidden contract and terms on signup, and customer service is terrible about helping you cancel. You will get put into a loop of "i'll submit a support ticket for you", "why do you need to cancel", anything to not help you cancel. I used to like browsing Houzz for products and services and purchased a few nice and pricey items from them. They certainly lost my business for life.

Peter Warren within the industry solutions department has been so great to work with. We are a Houzz Pro account holder and Peter has managed our account for a couple years now. He always keeps us updated on the latest features and sales options. He works with our budget and is quick to reply to any emails of questions or concerns, whether they're covered in his department or not.

Best Project Management/Leads software I've found.

Love Houzz Pro for its simple, easy to understand, and short training videos. I use it exclusively now to manage my custom home builds. Any size project or industry can benefit from the leads it provides and the benefits of the software! Loooove it.

Great Personal Service

Crystal does an amazing job connecting with me to make sure that I stay on top of my "to do list" in order to maximize my exposure to potential clients. The data that I am able to derive from the site helps me to gauge where my advertising dollars would benefit the most. We are also able to directly connect with potential clients through Houzz pro, so it provides those shopping on Houzz with an easy outlet to reach out to us. Thank you!

The app won't let you do almost anything and their houzz pro website is not responsive. Meaning you can't edit or review proposals on your phone, until you sit at the desk. In 2022….it's quite non-common as responsiveness is one of the top priorities of website
