I purchased a $189.00 projector bulb from Projectorquest that was guarrenteed to replace the original bulb. The original bulb lasted over 4 years, theirs last less than 6 months. Since I was over their 6 month warranty by weeks, due only to date of purchase, not use of product, they would only give me $10 off coupon. Talked to multiple people in the company until I could go no higher with no help given.

This is the second lamp I got from the Projectorquest as the first one I bought went out shortly after I installed it. However, they helped me in the return and got me a new lamp right away. Now that one is working perfectly with my projector. Thank you for your service.

I had a bulb go out last week and purchased a replacement bulb from ProjectorQuest.com. I paid an additional $52.00 because I called there sales staff and they told me that they Guaranteed that it would go out the next day. I still do not have it 9 days later. I called and spoke with their customer service and they tried to blame it on UPS at first. I pointed out that the Packing Slip was dated 4 days later. They finally admitted that they made a mistake. I asked that they refund the difference in price ($52) for their mistake. They offered $10. I felt like they were paying me to go away. This company is about the quick buck. Do not believe what they tell you because they do not have integrity. This is the first time I have ever posted a complaint about a website/retailer, but they did not want to resolve the issue in a win/win way. Do not buy from them. You will regret it.

Do not buy anything from this website. I've bought Epson projector lamp and it's not OEM at all! And my return request unapproved! Plus it doesn't work at all! I've inquired information from Epson official site and the price is 93 dollars just 3 dollars more! I'm going to buy it from Epson! Already called Credit department system!

For some reason, the lamp I received didn't work, so I had to contact customer service. They responded quickly and made it easy for me to return my lamp. The replacement came in a matter of days and it works perfectly. Thanks for your help.

I ordered the wrong bulb, so I contacted them for an RMA. I returned the bulb according to their procedures and verified their receipt of the bulb with the postal service. That was back in April 2022. I still don't have the refund that they were supposed to send me.

No one answers the phone. No support. Bad company.

Good quality at a great price. ProjectorQuest offered me the best competitive price for the branded OEM version I needed. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the lamp and would recommend spending a bit more for the branded version. It is worth it.

While looking for the best quality yet cheap lamp for my projector, I came across Projectorquest website. They offered the lamp at the lowest price and now I am satisfied with the product quality and performance.

My Sony tv had a message on the screen to replace the bulb for almost a year. My tv was not as bright as I thought it should be so I finally ordered a replacement lamp just to have on hand for when the lamp actually burned out. So it is my fault that I didn't replace my lamp for almost another full year so I guess the warranty no longer applied anyway. I replaced my lamp on March 26,2015 even though my old lamp still was working (just not so bright). I am so relieved that I kept the old lamp because it is now June 13,2015 (less than 3 months later) and I went to turn on the tv only to find out that the bulb was completely burned out! Wow - I spent $98.23 on nothing! I won't even attempt to get any warranty since the original order date was April of 2014 so I already know what I am up against. The product was a piece of crap! Luckily my original is working yet so I am not without a tv YET. Beware of cheap products!

I tried to purchase a light set from the JVC site and it was very unfriendly. Once I got to your site it was so much easier. Everything went smooth once I got to your site. I would probably recommend your site to anyone who needed items for TVs for sure.

I needed a new bulb for a projector that I inherited, and this site was the first result from a Google search of the model and replacement bulb. I looked over all the information and was confident in my selection of this product, mostly because there were other options available, including the original manufacturer model lamp. I anticipate getting this projector working for myself and my roommates.

I paid extra $$'s for what was advertised to be an "OEM" Epson lamp. It even listed the manufactures OEM part# and fully described the product to be a OEM assembled complete lamp. When I confronted the manager, he described the product to be an lamp made from "original bulb", but "aftermarket assembly housing". This is commonly referred to as a "hybrid" among the industry and is discounted as such. In fact all other products as such (hybrid) are sold for a significantly lower price.

Man I just ordered a projector bulb from projectorquest and man is there website informative. It told me everything I needed to know for my purchase. It had a wide range of shipping options and I love that. I chose a fast option because I like to get my stuff as soon as I can.

I was looking for a place to publicly thank you guys for providing amazing customer service. I received a faulty lamp, I simply told you guys about it and was looking to get it replaced. When the projector lamp I ordered from Projectorquest stopped working within the first week of use, I felt I should order from another site. But after chatting with customer service I decided to have them replace the projector lamp instead. Replacement worked great. Glad I decided to give them a second shot.

Needed a lamp for my projector and found it here at Projectorquest. Really like the site with all its info. The lamp was delivered quickly and works great since I installed it. Overall I am happy with my choice and will buy from here again.

This is the second time I have ordered this same product. This time though I could not get it in the TV and then I noticed a couple things broken. Don't know if it is my fault or not. But I finally got it in and it seems to be working but I am planning on sending the old one and parts back.
