While looking for the best quality yet cheaper lamp for my projector, I came across Projectorquest website. They offered the lamp at the lowest price and now I am satisfied with the product quality and performance.

When I bought the JVC BH-5010-S OEM lamp for my projector, I was uncertain about installing it and if it would perform well. But To my surprise, installation was easy and just took about 15 min. To replace. I am happy with product quality as it is working well with the projector.

Not very happy, I ordered a lamp module and ordered the more expensive OEM instead of a generic. I received a generic lamp with an invoice for the price of the generic. I was charged for the OEM and when I called and asked for refund for the difference I was told no can do. I must return the generic (which I already have installed in the TV) and they will ship the OEM. Seriously you can't just run a credit to my credit card for the $40.00?

I have purchased my projector bulb from Projectorquest before without any issues. The bulbs always show up in great condition and last the length of time specified, which is actually fairly long.

Projectorquest has good deals for replacement projector bulbs and I would recommend you look there first for replacements. I don't know what else they supply but They appear to be a quality company.

I bought this PANASONIC ET-LAA410 for my projector 6 months ago. I never had the issue with it and everything still works fine. The brightness of the lamp is the same as the original lamp I got with the projector. Thank you.
