Perfect lamp at a great price. It was easy to install. The original lamp, I got with the projector lasted over a year and expecting the same from this lamp.

I got a warning from my projector that the lamp needed to be replaced. The online price was much cheaper than the dealer price where I bought the projector. I am hoping everything goes smoothly.

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVER! Customer service is very unprofessional and once they found out I needed to cancel my order due to family emergency, (Covid-19) they delayed answering my call (chat) until they claimed they shipped it and then ended chat abruptly and told me I was not listening. Very bad customer service! I will be contacting the BBB! I WANT FULL REFUND.

So far this OEM lamp is working perfectly with my projector. The installation also went smoothly, and I haven't faced any problems. Thank you Projectorquest for a wonderful product.

Nearly burnt my house down. So, a lot of lies from this company. On their site they claim that they have three options for a particular Panasonic Projector replacement lamp. Option #1: Chinese knock-off bulb for about $80 manufactured to original specs, good luck, probably will work, know idea how long and no warranty. Option#2: Original Lamp manufacturer Ushio from Japan with 120 day warranty for $140 (I chose this option) lastly Option#3: Original part from Panasonic for $450 (Okay I just purchased the original part directly from Panasonic for $320!
ProjectorLess ended up having to send me two bulbs. The first one was made from rusted screws and a cheap delaminating lamp lens. I used it and it went about 60% dim within five hours. The next lamp was another cheap knock off bulb that started smoking and the entirety of the housing was covered in soot after it filled my living room with acrid smoke. This bulb POPPED and blacked out after just 45 minutes. My original Panasonic bulb is back in the projector, albeit at a little dim with nearly 2,000 hours on it, and has been running without fail for another 20 hours. This company is clearly engaged in deceptive business. I've waited five business days for my refund, they're not responding and both bulbs have been returned. I've just filed a dispute with my CCC. I wouldn't advise using Projectorquest or their affiliate Buyquest

Was having trouble with check out could not get customer service on phone. The website was clear and easy to use.

I received emails telling me I would be contacted regarding this issue but have not heard from anyone as of yet.

Impressed with the performance of this bulb at the price I paid. Now, our TV is back alive and working great as bright as a new one.
