I received my item and it was easy to set up. It worked under test and I have had no difficulty with it yet.

Needed more information about the product. I want to track people on a large farm. Not sure if I need any software for my computer.

The question " how satisfied are you with the product?" is asked before you use it and can give an honest answer.

Product was delivered in two shipments leading me to believe that the shipment was not correct. However when the next shipment arrived it was as ordered.

Lots of information, it was easy to find to product that was right for me. And free shipping is great!

Update: received my items even faster than expected in a plain box as promise. Devices were easy to setup, thanks to chat assistance.

Great selection of products, reasonable prices, fast shipping. The product was billed and packaged discretely as described by the website. I received exactly what I ordered and it actually came a day early.

I've ordered two products. The first product was good, the second product is not of high quality. I emailed them for a possible return and refund and got no response. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this store. Also some of their products are extremely overpriced.

Update: Just received my order, and it came in an unmarked package as promised and very carefully packaged. Had a little trouble using the devices, but got help from customer service and everything works as described. Very satisfied with my purchase!

Not a problem but just wanted to note that when purchasing the product they tell you 2 days shipping but when delivered it took 3 days and that's what the package says as well "Priority mail 3 days".

3 days is fast enough, should probably fix the typo.

Website has lots of info about products, and is easy to navigate.
Shipping time was lightning fast - i paid for expedited shipping, and it arrived even sooner than projected, which was awesome!
I haven't listened back to the recording yet, so i cant say how well the recorder actually works.
I do have one small complaint: Little magnet fell off the device when i removed it from desk, and I wasn't able to find it. Replacement magnets cost $20 for a set of 2, which seems really steep.

So far so good but its the delivery and the product that is really important and which will make me recommend or not
I have now received the camera. I was very disappointed to find that I was hit with a hefty customs bill before delivery could take place (not something I had figured into the costing of it all)
The camera appears to be ok - not quite as wide angled lens as I thought it would be but hopefully it will work out ok when it has its first proper outing next month

I'm happy with my order, but I am very unhappy with the 50 percent restocking fee that you were going to charge me on my last order. I was interested in exchanging one product for another because the quality was not as good. I did not think that was fair. However I went ahead and ordered what I want and will just keep the one I wanted to exchange, but that made me very unhappy

You had exactly what I was looking for, and I found it easily. Checkout was efficient and clear.
Producst arrived today, Saturday. We haven't had time to use them yet; they are on charge at the moment. Will check back after we've had a chance to try them out.

The shopping and checkout experience were high quality. I was told my product would be shipped on two day service, then was told it had shipped, but the tracking service showed that it had not left Florida. It was supposed to arrive on thursday, but did not arrive until saturday.

The worst part is that the product does not work well. It is a recorder, with voice activation, and it does not record entire sentences, or the alphabet spoken directly to device. It cuts out large sequences of what should be recorded. It just is not reliable for capturing the input I intended to document. I am disappointed.

- My order was not delivered in two business days as expected. Something happenned it was delivered two days later. I will suggest to always use FedEx for the 2 days shipping instead of ups. It set me back, that was not cool.

- The device works ok, but it is hard to filter out the noise of a running car to just get the voice only. If you sell other products that has that feature let me know.

ProofPronto offers good quality with good prices. Shipping is great, especially good is their using packages that provide confidentiality. Customer service is responsive. So far, one week after receiving my order, I am a satisfied customer.

The recorder was delivered and two days later the device is all and exactly as described. It's charged and working just as described. Now I can save the words and melody of songs and poems that seem to come to me best when I'm driving and can't remember well enough to write later. Thank you.

I purchased this for someone else, who would be using it with my computer. The ad states it is compatible with both PC and Apple, but that isn't entirely true. The set-up only works on a PC and I have an Apple. Playback is fine, but it would have been nice to know that's all that works on Apple. Otherwise, it looks like it works as expected. We'll know later.

Great product! I wish the instructions were printed larger, as I could barely read them. But once I figured out how to work the product, I am very satisfied! Works great! I highly recommend this pen to anyone in the market for a covert recording device.

The shopping experience was good but i can not rate the product or if i would shop here again until i use the ordered product. My shopping experience went very smoothly. Received order in two days as guaranteed. Unable to comment about full use of item as it has not been used - received it today.

It works great... Have been obtaining much needed information. My only issue is I need to figure what setting it needs to be on to filter out road noise or back ground noise. Other than that it works great!

Shipping was fast and received as expected. I would like to have received this survey after I have had more of an opportunity to use and try the product. Confirming receipt of shipment and requesting how I like the product is not really allowing time to evaluate how it works. Performance unsure, easy of charging seems easy, appearance of the pen voice recorder looks great and professional just hope it records as well as it looks.

This is my first order from you. I have just received my package today, Monday June 04/18. I am studying the instructions in preparation for use. I am quite certain that I will be completely satisfied with my purchase from you and I am sure I will be doing more business with you soon.

Bethany who talked to me through the whole process was amazing. Very personable and felt like i was talking to a friend. I am needing this device for a very serious reason concerning the well being of my child and she was just amazing.

The shipping charges were confusing. It claimed 2 day free shipping but had failed to indicate that it would only apply to purchases above certain amount. (or if it did, it was hard to find) In the receipt, it also indicated free shipping but included shipping charges to the amount anyhow. My over all experience was very good as the shipping charge though confusing plus product cost was reasonable/competitive and the product worked as advertised.

While the directions are in English they are not detailed enough. I have no idea what the difference is between turning the switch to continuous recording or the supervoice operated system. And there doesn't seem to be anyone or any number to call to ask for help.
