I received my item and it was easy to set up. It worked under test and I have had no difficulty with it yet.
During the past 4 years I've purchased 3 of the VP-78 recorder pens to use in my business. Initially the pens worked well. But now none of the pens is working. They fully charge, but do not record. I have contacted customer service, but I have not received any response. I'm simply looking for a possible technical solution so I can use these devices.
Ordered on Friday, was here on Monday! Item works great, easy to understand how to use, picks up sounds great!

Didn't like that someone who received the package could have googled the address to find out what could be in the package.
People I talked to on the phone were very nice however the product I order is not want was on the photo.
The directions for how to use the voice recorder are all in Korean, so I can't figure out how to use it.

Well I have received my disk and it does not work on my Macbook Pro! I did ask this question before I purchased it so Now I have a Recovery Stick I can't use as I don't have a windows computer!
I have a few more purchases to make from this company. Great products with lifetime updates. I have the data recovery stick and the iRecovery stick.
Very easy to navigate and find what l was looking for. And the customer help provided via txt message was very fast and informative.
I paid for next day morning shipping which was suppose to arrive on the 21st of march but i received the package on the 22nd of march.
Happy with price, service and response to my follow-up emails even though I was far way in little old New Zealand.

Time and volume setup did not Ork on Mac computers. Labeling and description did that it did.
Shopping on line, found what I was looking for- and PRESTO! Only problem was delivery was two days late.
The product seems to be ok. A bit over priced. Did not get 2 day shipping. Took a week.
