I received my item and it was easy to set up. It worked under test and I have had no difficulty with it yet.
During the past 4 years I've purchased 3 of the VP-78 recorder pens to use in my business. Initially the pens worked well. But now none of the pens is working. They fully charge, but do not record. I have contacted customer service, but I have not received any response. I'm simply looking for a possible technical solution so I can use these devices.
Haven't tried it out yet but easy to use and came with everything advertised! Also shipped quickly!
This is a gift and don't know how well it will perform but hoping for the best!
