The fact that the property is in such bad shape and it's listing at 75K is ridiculous since it will require a complete remodeling upstairs and downstairs. The siding is ripped off the building and the little yard with a privacy fence is gone. I feel like there hasn't been an appraiser see the property in 40 years.
