Wow! When I went to look at my first property, I had a lot of questions about the property and decided to give Property Records a try. They answered all of my questions and gave me a sense of security. The reports are both professional and detailed. Their customer service is second to none and I was very impressed with their response time. Now, I will use Property Records in the future whenever I go to look at property.
Found them online when needing information on my property taxes. There site quoted $1.00 for information I would need and everything went as planned. Three days later my Bank fraud alert warned me of a $30.00 charge going through on my card that I did not authorize. I would stay as far away from these thieves as possible.
The information provided was very helpful and useful. I would use this service again in the near future.
The review I got was good, but Im still looking for public records for the property to see if anything has ever happened on it.

I could get more on ZIllow or Realtor.com It did not include any of the title history or documents that I was looking for.

There's nothing there. The google sky map indicator wasn't even on the right property. Of course, I guess, what do you expect for a buck!
