Wow! When I went to look at my first property, I had a lot of questions about the property and decided to give Property Records a try. They answered all of my questions and gave me a sense of security. The reports are both professional and detailed. Their customer service is second to none and I was very impressed with their response time. Now, I will use Property Records in the future whenever I go to look at property.
Found them online when needing information on my property taxes. There site quoted $1.00 for information I would need and everything went as planned. Three days later my Bank fraud alert warned me of a $30.00 charge going through on my card that I did not authorize. I would stay as far away from these thieves as possible.
Information provided was very good and helped to make a decisive choice, Your checklist was also very helpful for purchasing or selling properties.
I better not be charged for anything other than the $1 I agreed to. I see one of your previous reviews state otherwise.

I am satisfied with what I saw but did expect to see what my total tax bill will be at year-end 2020.
I grew up in this home and loved seeing the on it and especially that i still have family living here too
This site was able to quickly provide me with a detailed report on the historical prices of the property I was interested.
