Wow! When I went to look at my first property, I had a lot of questions about the property and decided to give Property Records a try. They answered all of my questions and gave me a sense of security. The reports are both professional and detailed. Their customer service is second to none and I was very impressed with their response time. Now, I will use Property Records in the future whenever I go to look at property.
Found them online when needing information on my property taxes. There site quoted $1.00 for information I would need and everything went as planned. Three days later my Bank fraud alert warned me of a $30.00 charge going through on my card that I did not authorize. I would stay as far away from these thieves as possible.
Easy to understand information but would have liked to see more detail information. In general very good.
Quick results of information as requested to answer my concerns. No need to search further with good results.

Compared to other reports this is very detailed, and a great tool when trying to decide if you want to invest in a certain area.
The only thing that was missing was a contact person for the property. Just wish the phone number was included.

Doesnt correct anything on zillow site still gives incorrect info 15 years old. How ever puts info togeather needs to get it up to 2013 not 1995
