If you pay the onetime fee, they will still end up charging your account $28 a month until you catch it and cancel the fee. When you call them, the very first thing they say when they answer is "Are you calling to cancel your account?"

This company offered reports for $1, but without my consent secretly charged my credit card $23.95 for thier unlimited service, and enrolled me in a monthly plan. When i called to dispute the charge, they did cancel the subscription and refunded the $23.95 though the refund has not yet been reflected on my credit card.

I think it's a scam! I'm being charged 14.95 / month and that was NOT what I agreed to. Be very wary when using this website. The information they provide is a matter of public records which anybody can access. I'm looking into legal action against this company for unauthorized charges.

Went back into my bank records and discovered they've been taking 14.95 out of my account every month since September. Talked to a PropertyRecord.com phone rep who advised me she was refunding 2 payments of 14.95, and that I would have to request the other three from their manager by e-mail: *******@propertyrecord.com.
What a scam. Never ordered anything from these people. Own my own house and have no interest in anyone else's property records.

Was charged their volume rate for one property search... which provided mostly useless information. Was promised refund to card which never came. Then two promises for a check. You know how that turned out.

Promised lots of information but didn't perform. Most of the data is publicly available (just takes time). Seller listed is a bank (not a name). Crime statistics (I expected burglary, car accidents, etc) meant a list of sex offenders. The "live chat" was computer generated. Had to beg for buyer's name (the reason I did this) which I received in a separate email. Very disappointed. Badly done site that I do not recommend.

They did not answer my questions and just kept giving me the same report I got in the beginning. Wasted two hours of my time waiting for a reply. And did not answer one single question with information regarding previous sales and boundary plotting at origin that I had asked for. I can't believe they pride themselves as stated when they call on you into purchasing there con.

I thought this was a site supported by the local taxing authority but it is apparently a private business. The information shows 3 bedrooms but there are only 2. The third area has no door and can be considered an office or den only.

Simple easy to fill out, cost fair. Good way review/appraise one's own property for comparison with county records. Credit card entry pain in the $#*!; first card entered rejected 3 times; all info entered correctly & verified. Second card info entered accepted no problem?

It's okay if you want basic information. I needed more detailed information. Especially the property lines, measurements, where survey markers are located. Plus it says you can get the report for $1 but then you have to pay for 24 months which adds up to more than $500 over the 24 months.

Great site! Easy cost effective and fast! If the reviews are correct and you charge me more than a dollar. I will follow up with everyone else on this site and start a class action law suite against your site. Other than that all is good.

This Website is a rip off! It showed 0 bedrooms, 0 baths, 0 square feet for my home but said it was worth $90,000.00. I was ripped off! Stay Away from these crooks. They sell you information you can look up on Zillow.com and google.com yourself.

I tried to order a report under the impression that it was just $1 per report. The charge was denied by my credit card company which sent a text message asking if it was me making the charge for $23.95! Apparently they have had other customers with this issue and are alerting them to the problem. I'll be looking elsewhere for this information.

The property's address I submitted had a picture of the wrong garage. I have personally viewed this property. However, someone else may not know until they make an effort to go view the property in person.

Total Scam. Every thing I have experienced with these confirms they are a scam. Stop these scammers. I do not recall setting up any account with these people. The staff were not so helpful, when I told them that I was charged almost $250 for a service which I have not received. She said she will cancel the account but only refund me for the last 4 - 6 months, so I am still out 4 months of payments I did not authorize. I don't remember setting up an account, have no record of user-name/password, so can't contact the company to close it. But I'm sure my bank will know how to deal with this scam when I go to see them tomorrow.

This is a new service that I was directed to via the county tax record website.
There are a lot of good features incorporated in this report however the photos are good but I would have liked to have seen a floor plan or more photos.
There is some concern about the quoted "building size" square footage. Originally this square footage was to be quoted if 75% of the foundation was exposed and I don't believe this is the case with this property. However, lately finished lower levels have been allowed but it's very controversial.

I just needed a bit of info for a claim form with the VA about the property. Wanted to know what the size of the lot is for our home. Went through all the sign in etc and before I could look at the info I was informed that there is a dollar charge. WOW would have been nice to know in advance so I didn't have to waste my time looking it up on a 'Public' website.

The information provided in this site (compared to other sites which all agree), is approx. 10 years old. I do not blame the operator for for this oversight as they can only pass on what they have been given.

I do however find it disconcerting that that the information could be so erroneous. What else in your data bank is out dated. It is too risky to count on as accurate

I must admit that the information found was more than and less than I expected. That being said, what I mean is that there is an abundance of info on chain of ownership, dwelling description, property value and even occupant history. However, I was looking for an actual copy of the land and mortgage deed. Unless it is there, and I couldn't find it. Reviewed more than once. Was unable to find image for proof of purchase.

Just OK... When I hit the Back button to decline additional info for 95 cents more, it proceeded to the report. So, not sure how much I was actually charged. And not sure how reliable the estimated value is and what they actually base this info on: recent comparable sales within 1 mile?

I like the setup of the site. It is simple to navigate and happy to see a contact person immediately appear. Think you should say upfront that the cost is $1. Yes, the amount is small but gives the viewer a more "legit" feeling that you are being upfront w/them. Would have liked to know more about the home itself if possible and definitely the acreage.

I was pleased to quickly receive the information I needed to see ownership information. The property information requested consisted of a mobile home - I was hoping to find the tag numbers assigned and they were not on the report.

Had no idea how much my house is worth (lived there 22 years). Report came back with accurate information about my house... when built, original cost, tax assessments, etc. However, don't know how the "estimate" house is worth calculated. Is it based on "comps" in the area?
