I don't think your information is up to date. You did not provide what homes are selling for in the sub division. The picture of my house was still in the building process. The pictures of the subdivision are from 2015. We had a 1700 square foot home sell for $400,000.00 There are to many things not up to date with your report.

The information was well organized and easy to read. I especially liked the check list for home inspection. It will help me check out things before the inspector comes in for an official report. It also gave me a real good idea of the house's value so I can better price the home for the market.

They misrepresent the price of their services and then fail to provide the promised information. I had to cancel my credit card and request a new one. This has been reported as fraud to my bank and I will be reporting it to any and all applicable authorities. DO NOT give this site ANY personal information.

It took me a long time to finally get my report. There were so many steps to go through before i was able t access the report. I had to read the instructions several times to make sure that I would not sign up for something that I did not want. I had already printed my name and other info and decided to read the info again so I deleted my name and other info. Otherwise I would have been signed up for almost $200.00.

Scammed. That is usually what happens on these kind of sites. They get you hooked by asking for a small fee and then they sneak in a bigger charge Their information is nothing more than what is public record on your property tax appraisal. Why would I want to pay $18.95 for information I already have. I feel I was scammed.

Please make clear what you want. I needed property lines that are between me and a new person we both have different property lines on our papers I would like to know because I am disabled and this man has already threatened me please make clear your needs.

Have been living in ******* area for 28 years (wife and two children). Have been living at my present home on Story Avenue for 27 years. This block is like a family. Everyone knows you and you know them. There are Hispanics, Italian, German, Jewish, Asian, etc. etc. We all know each other and our children grew up knowing and playing and respecting all, Theres a Catholic Scholl and a Public School just 4 blocks away so all our children are buddies (for life). I couldn't of had found a better affordable place to live and glad we picked this particular block. Racism is a word our kids learn in school, not in our block.

Looking for details of a property in Mecklenburg County, NC. Just Googled the info topic I was looking for and address. Paid $1.00 by credit card and the info on the property was provided on Google as well as info about the surrounding area. Total time invested about 30 including printing out the information.

Ok. HOPEFULLY my refund goes through. Talking to people through here was a nightmare and a half. I was stupid and should have done my research before doing this like I normally do. I was just so quick to try and get to the bottom of a legal issue that I was like, "1.00? YES!" I initially asked customer support if it was just 1.00, no hidden fees, no scams... I was told, "No, this isn't a scam." And upon me pushing the issue, no one would straight forward answer my questions. I was told my money would be refunded when I found out 18.95 had been taken from me. No thanks! The report was awful anyway!

I was very surprise what I received about my property. The work to get this all information it is far more value than $1.00 what I paid for it. It is excellent and very handy information if you change your insurance company, you will sell your property, or you would like to buy a property.

The sex offender information was difficult to figure out. I see where it tells me the number of sex offenders but i could not figure out how to view all of them. I also noticed that the current years tax information is not available.

We are thinking of moving and the first on the list was to find out what our home is worth. As a former RE Broker, I knew that most of the info was available online. I searched for "What is my home worth" and Properyrecord.com came up. I knew it was going to give us the information we need to make the decision on pricing. The web site was complete and clear. I needed the tax assessments to complete my income taxes and found it at once. All other information was listed The sale history was accurate and complete. The printable checklist is a valuable addition as it gives everything you need to check on when purchasing a property.

I feel this web site is very useful. Might want to add tax info showing if this property owner is a Military vet entitled to a tax break.
Also info on exact property lines showed perhaps by gps overlay would be great. I bought property, no I am going to have to pay to find my exact property lines. I should have done this at purchase but forgot.
