The information provided didnt include the actual bedrooms or baths assigned to the home. This is a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. Because the information is incomplete, it gives the viewer less than accurate information. It would be nice if the home was reported appropriately.

I was filling out my tax rerturn and could not find my property tax bill. I went to the tax collector's site and luckily was able to download all the information I needed, plus all the info on my house. Thanks for having this site for us unorganized people! Worth every penny of the dollar I spent!

Brian Thompson, Customer Service Specialist, went the extra mile and did a manual search when the automated data that first turned up was obsolete. The information in the 2nd round is detailed and precise.

You said you could not find my address. Then I gave you my address again as my look up for any other properties. I paid extra for a detailed report which i did not get. The value for my property was nothing new like you said. It is available anywhere. Very dissappoited.

I was trying to find the property lines of our house and I wasn't able to get a clear accurate assessment of the property lines from this website. Also, the house info is wrong, not updated up to what house is currently.

I requested the assessed value and tax records for the property at 216 E 2nd Street, Weatherford, Tx ******* for the past 5 years ( 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, and would also like 2005). I received the record for 5/1/2000. I am sure that the property has changed in value in 13 years. Is it possible to get the years I have requested? Lillian E. Brown

Most info this report provides is available for free from other sites, but for $1 I decided to get the report. The photos on the report aren't even of the property address that I searched. AFTER I was offered to leave a review was the first time I saw the reviews posted by others that now have me concerned that this is not legitimate.

I needed an accurate property report for a location in San Bernardino County. Due to possible litigation in a San Bernardino County Superior Court, I was able to get the name and address of the current property owner. Other websites, in other couties, do not give this information. They do offer the information of where I can locate it. The report spelled out property details and satelite maps that enabled me to print a very good picture of the unit and property. The cost for the report surprised me. $1.00 for the report. I am going to refer this website to others. In a day when everybody demands money for an answer, this website was a great relief.
P.S. I did not pass the charges ($1.00) to my client(ha-ha).

I don't feel I received everything I was told would be included in the report. The basic ($1.00) reports includes:
Property Records (inacurrate puchase history amount)
Background of home
Property Type
Recent Sale Information
Square Footage of Home
Property Evaluations (Zesstimate? Really?)
Financial Liability (not included)
Date Originally Built.

I almost, accidentally signed up for the $180/year subscription. It is not obvious on that page that you are actually buying the subscription; not simply creating your password for the site.
Purchased additional reports I have yet to see...

It's a great resource to see past foreclosures, who has owned the home, and more. It also has a map for nearby sex offenders, not information I was looking for, but interesting to see nonetheless. It didn't have the information I was personally looking for, but I wasn't really expecting it to either.

This is a very thorough report. Easy to use. The information included in my report was 80 -90% correct.
I would recommend every homeowner reviewing their info.

I went on the website to check and see if I already paid my property tax, I recently moved my home office and misplaced the paperwork on the property tax. I couldn't
Find the information, so I clicked on live chat. The person who was handling my call never answered my question. She kept talking about other things and skipping over my question, saying her boss would answer my question to be sure to check my e-mail. I finally got the e-mail and my question still wasn't answered.
I would not recommend this web site if you want to know if you've made a payment, go in person or call the office, cause this website will not answer your question.

I was trying to see my tax bill at Hillsborough Cnty. Thought I was on an actual Hillsborough County web site. Report was OK seemed accurate I just wasn't looking for that and I really think the internet is very misleading to show something that looks so much like an official site when its really just a sales pitch.

I'm filing a quitclaim deed and needed the deed history - I received it in under 5 minutes! And the price was exceptional - I'm MUCH more likely to use this service in the future, simply because of the great pricing!

This was very helpful to learn who owned the home and what upgrades it has. Hopefully the taxes won't be increasing as much as they have the last few years
