Wow! When I went to look at my first property, I had a lot of questions about the property and decided to give Property Records a try. They answered all of my questions and gave me a sense of security. The reports are both professional and detailed. Their customer service is second to none and I was very impressed with their response time. Now, I will use Property Records in the future whenever I go to look at property.
Found them online when needing information on my property taxes. There site quoted $1.00 for information I would need and everything went as planned. Three days later my Bank fraud alert warned me of a $30.00 charge going through on my card that I did not authorize. I would stay as far away from these thieves as possible.
I obtained the information I was looking for in a matter of minutes. The customer service reps were prompt and provided me with what I needed. Thank you!
The site appears to be pretty complete. I am planning on selling my home and wanted to see more than just what real estate agents had to say. I thinkl it is worth the small investment.

The information regarding taxes is what is most important. Other information, such as sex offenders, is not needed. The site should just focus on the pertinent aspects of ownership, tax history, etc.

Ok, typically I don't write reviews, however, if I don't warn you about this site, you to will be charged a fee of $18.95 from your account. I don't know what this site is for but they charge my account and I did not authorize the charge. DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFORMATION, YOU WILL REGRET IT. The responses from this so called place are all the same regardless if the commit is good or bad! They must run their company motto on the saying: There's a sucker born everyday. Don't be a sucker, be smart and don't use this company regardless of how many good comments are listed on this site. I truly believe all the good ratings are from the people who own the site and not real consumers. BEWARE...

The review was good, but I thought it would give a bit more detail in the description of the house and grounds as indicated in your work-up for the reports.
It says one dollar and it was 18.95. Plus they didn't even have the correct information for my property they had another property showing. DONT TRUST!

I was looking for the owners of this house due to a fraudulent charge for items on my MC that were sent to this address. Now I can give the information to the local police department.
The site report a report was available but never found the report. I went into the chat window and advised them there was no report. They sent it in 15 minutes. Great service.

I'm very grateful to see a good report on my property. I wanted to make sure I knew everything there was to know about my property. I'd suggest this to other home owners.
I was trying to find who was responsible for the taxes on this property an I evidently clicked on the incorrect tab so I will have to try again it was my fault not the web site error.
I went on this site to find the amount of my personal property's assessment amounts - this is for people looking to buy my house. The information is also significantly wrong.
