Wow! When I went to look at my first property, I had a lot of questions about the property and decided to give Property Records a try. They answered all of my questions and gave me a sense of security. The reports are both professional and detailed. Their customer service is second to none and I was very impressed with their response time. Now, I will use Property Records in the future whenever I go to look at property.
Found them online when needing information on my property taxes. There site quoted $1.00 for information I would need and everything went as planned. Three days later my Bank fraud alert warned me of a $30.00 charge going through on my card that I did not authorize. I would stay as far away from these thieves as possible.
My order basket was the $1 report that was advertised, the credit card charges were $23.95. Waited on hold to here the well rehearsed message that I'd misread the webpage.

I was impressed with the information they gave me it was accurate. The only thing I was disappointed in was that I wanted to see my property lines and it wasn't included
No mention of Solar Panels on roof. or added Sun Room. Original Driveway replaced. Remodeled Kitchen, Master Bathroom and new tile floors in house entire except the three bedrooms.

Good information. Acurate pricing for the neighborhood. Pictures are listed for trying to sell with an agent. Percentage was more then we could afford list3d with an agent.

Surprisingly fast and complete. Wish the records would have gone back further as I owned this house in the 1970's
Way to be safe beside buying any land. Shows all details as well as sex offenders around. High recommended.

This is a great way to find out about a property. If you are buying or selling all the information need right in one site.
Very helpful information for someone that is looking to purchase or sell a home It has items that I had not even thought of
