Wow! When I went to look at my first property, I had a lot of questions about the property and decided to give Property Records a try. They answered all of my questions and gave me a sense of security. The reports are both professional and detailed. Their customer service is second to none and I was very impressed with their response time. Now, I will use Property Records in the future whenever I go to look at property.
Found them online when needing information on my property taxes. There site quoted $1.00 for information I would need and everything went as planned. Three days later my Bank fraud alert warned me of a $30.00 charge going through on my card that I did not authorize. I would stay as far away from these thieves as possible.
Nice service that compiles info from numerous sites into one place. Helpful but I am glad it was only $2 as the info is out there.
I was ot aware ofte site, bt was glad tht I did. I am selling my house anI wanted to see what you thought it may be worth. Alhough I do not fully agree withyou, I can ork with yourfiures. We upgred to more expensie materials, and gave the house better curb ppeal with gbles, stone ront, etc, nd vaulted ceilings, plus a unroom and ten foot basement with workshop. But that is something you ould not know. You also woul not know that all interior doors re six panel SOLID oak, including the closet door.
I leared what I wanted to know from yor listso all in all i am happy and woul recommend your site to anyone wo has a eed for your services. Thank you... Dave Channell

All the data collected appears to be accurate thru 2021. Info as presented was easy to confirm and check for accuracy.

Some prices are iffy but reflect the history of the property. Good information overall, wish it had a little more.
Very good info and updates and photos. More information found on this site than many other sites i have checked.
The layout of the information for the property I chose to research was enough to make an informed decision about this property.
