Wow! When I went to look at my first property, I had a lot of questions about the property and decided to give Property Records a try. They answered all of my questions and gave me a sense of security. The reports are both professional and detailed. Their customer service is second to none and I was very impressed with their response time. Now, I will use Property Records in the future whenever I go to look at property.
Found them online when needing information on my property taxes. There site quoted $1.00 for information I would need and everything went as planned. Three days later my Bank fraud alert warned me of a $30.00 charge going through on my card that I did not authorize. I would stay as far away from these thieves as possible.
I believe this services is accurate and value, but we need more information about properties

Excellent for property value comps. Far better than MLS comps and more professional for discussing with Sellers and Buyers.

Recent updates and repairs missing. Back taxes not listed. What debt is on the house. Are there any leins on the house. How big is the garage
