Property record lookup gave me much of the information I wanted about the property at the address of interest except for the current owner's name. The site's online chat facility allowed me to get this information from a supervisor by email expeditiously. I am totally pleased.

They could not even find my first property which is in a well-established neighborhood in Sacramento. When sent a Google maps link, I confirmed they had the right property. Still nothing. Then I sent information on a current property I own in Edmond, OK and the data returned was nothing more than the property tax information. This site was totally disappointing.

Very easy to get information on property that we were reviewing and when we didn't see what we were looking for, let them know, and manager, Brian, got back to us very quickly, within the time promised, actually less than the 15 minutes. Very easy to read. Thanks.

Promised report had to be manually searched for after I contacted them. The report must be taken from the tax assessment and that's all. No added info and since the tax assessment where the property is located has an equalization factor (not included in the report) it is totally misleading.

Website provided good information about property I was searching and some extra information I would not have thought to look up but was added and really helped out a lot not to mention it was quick and easy! Will def come back and search again!

The report was easy to read and understand. All the information was provided. Some information gave clarity. It was easy to see the increases and decrease from year to year. I was able to see some information on my property that I was not aware of, but help me in knowing what actions I need to take.

I would not rate this website, as it deserves not even a one star rating. They use inaccurate information when determining a property's worth. I was given only a $12,000 upgrade in my listed property's worth in spite of having major construction on my home which added a vaulted ceiling sun with floor to ceiling windown, a new kitchen with all new appliances, cabinets, lighting, heated tile flooring, etc. Really? I don't think so! Overall, all the improvements I made in my house amounted to over $130,000, and I was given credit for maybe the countertops. Your site is a joke, & I will certainly let my colleagues & friends know about my experience!

Went on line to check out the information listed for my home. The report was finished in a speedy manner. Information was concise and easy to understand.
It provided a good synopsis for any future buyers.

It was interesting reviewing the data that is a part of the property. The data is outdated because there are changes to the property that are not noted. It was disheartening to see the amount of crime in the area. I was surprised to see the downed limbs in the front yard.

I honestly used the site and was preparing myself for unreasonable fees and a run around. The data I received is good and accurate information. By accurate, I'm referring to the items I already knew. I gained information I will be using to protest my property taxes. I'm very pleased!

Not very happy with this site, I could have found out all of the information that they sent me by looking it up on zillo or trulia.
I asked for other information that I needed (just like they ask you to)
And I got all of the same info from before, just in a different form.

I was very happy with my experience. I was pleased with the information I received and even more pleased with the customer service. While viewing my report they popped up on my screen and asked if there was anything I felt my report was missing. I told them actually what I wanted most was the name of the current owner of the property and the date it was sold last. Brian Thompson ( the rep) got right on it and got back to me with the info I requested at no additional cost. Then I realized I had accidentally given him the wrong address ( made a typo) and asked if he wouldn't mind going back and starting over. He did not hesitate and again relayed the info quickly and free of any additional charge. He checked on me twice after asking if there was anything else he could do. Very impressed especially considering it's near impossible to reach cust. Service at any company let alone on Thanksgiving day. I highly recommend using their services.

I was looking for blueprints for the property, but found a whole lot more. No blueprints but a lot of information I didn't realize that I wanted. I moved here from Ohio and was having trouble finding out about my property. This made things a lot easier. Thank you so much!

I would recommend the use of this site, the price is so little in comparison the information that is given. For instance rental value of property is usually above 150.00 but this website give you this information with the breakdown of others local rentals with their radius. I was pleasantly surprised to have this information.

Liked the info I found out but seemed like not enough info was given about taxes and history. Saw what I paid for it, that was good. Liked knowing about the schools but don't have children anymore. Slightly disappointed but okay about it.

I need title info, how do I get it. This site is hard to use, Does not recognize my password and I just get stuck in a loop, I will just go down in person and get the info I need. Should be available online!

I searched my own home and paid $1 for the full report and I was impressed to see the information was accurate and thorough. I wish there was a function to view a printable version to save as a PDF or print out and keep on hand for records.

I was supposed to be charged $1, reportedly, as per website, but was charged $18.95, for a service provided that was not as described. When I texted I was looking for more detailed information, I was told I would get it emailed in a half-hour. I disputed the charges.
