Had some kind of a glitch (I may have waited too long before completing my order). I chatted with "Athena" who asked a couple of questions about the order, said she would send it the information to "Brian" and I should have my report in 15 minutes or less.

About three minutes later I got an email from Brian Thompson with a PDF of the information I was looking for.

So I'm happy, I got what they advertised.

I requested a report and did not understand that I was signing up for a month when I only wanted the one report for 1. I was able to do a live chat and they refunded my money charged for a month. I will use the site again if I need info on a property again.

I haven't recieved any info what-so-ever. Report I got was completely blank. I've tried contacting them twice & still haven't recieved any info. Worst part is I was told the report cost $1 to pull... my account was charged $18.95. DO NOT USE THIS SITE- seems like a scam to me!

The information provided was accurate for the property given what I know about the property. The report was produced in a fast and accurate manner. It was east to read and presented the information a logical manner. I am the owner of this property

Good information... accurate information. Pictures did not come in of the home or property... I know it is public information, but I needed information in a hurry and i know some of the information that was not on the report

This is my house and I wanted to see what info was returned and the current value of the house. The info was 98% correct. Some of the descriptors; for example "mud room" were incorrect but noting of importance was incorrect. All in all a good job and a great price.

Tried to get back into review the property and could not. Payed to look up this property and could not finish. Even if BRIAN tried to send me an e-mail with the wrong info. I needed to get into the full report again.

Was under the impression that report would be all inclusive and manageable which is not the case. And primary reason for paying for report was for court records recently filed that should be public record that were not accessible

The website was a trap to make you have to open an account. However the people I talked to were wonderful and helpful unlike the website. Great People and the website does what your goal is to get more payments.

At first it told me it had the information, then when I paid it told me the info was unavailable. After I talked to a rep on live chat they finally dug up the info but it was incomplete. I had asked and paid for a few more details but when they dug up the info they forgot to include the extra details I had paid for. Plus when you pay they try to charge you for extras searches and make it confusing whether you are saying yes are no to the extra searches

When i submitted my order for property value and paid the $1 for the report i was taken to a different page which offered more services for a monthly fee. It got a little confusing as to what i was trying to order and was worried i would be charged more as the site had my credit card information. I continued through the site and finally got the report and was only charged the $1. The report i finally received was excellent and well worth the $1

After Ask the question about a water tap on certain property they are unable to answer that question after they said they could Will not be using them anymore after doing some research myself I found the question out a lot easier than going through their system

Source of Property Tax due. The Property inspection checklist is useful since I am refinancing the property and will need a new inspection.

I found this information to be quick, affordable, easy to access, but I need title information. Why can't I get title information? Do I have to go to the Weld County office to get title information? Am I going to be charged $1 or will it be more, as stated in another review?

This site is great if your looking to asses your property, but I was looking for information on a property that seems abandon. I still don't know if there is a sale listing for this property, or any contact information on the current owner(s). I found on my own the date the current structure was built on the site, and will continue to research it on my own.

Ok so the reviews about the photos are right and they seem off but the value for the service is still there. I found that for some special properties it was worth the extra $$ - wasn't much at all. You just have to ask yourself if the outgo is justified. If so then you gotta spend it to make it. I had good results.

The picture of the house on my report is actually the house across the street from my house. I was happy the value of my house was only $24,632. I am filing for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and the low value of my home makes it exempt from liquidation.

This was good. I was surprised to have to pay the $1 as i thought this was public "free" records. The overhead picture was a couple of years old where as the picture of the road, front of the house was up to date.

I thought the report was very accurate. Once signed in the report generated in a very short time. Gave a complete history of previous owners as well as taxes paid in 2021.
