Proprofs really is a superb platform to create quizzes in minutes. It doesn't have complicated navigation unlike the others, but a page that is understandable enough by everybody so you won't have a hard time dealing which step to go.

With ProProfs, we've managed to speed up our lead generation process. This was possible by creating lead generation quizzes enabled with a lead-capture form and integration with marketing automation tools. The forms would capture quiz takers information like their names, phone numbers, emails, etc. which was then sent to different mailing lists of the marketing automation tools
I spent a lot of time searching the web for a good quiz making platform, and I have not found a better one than ProProfs. The UI is intuitive and simple, and the site responds quickly. But the best thing about ProProfs by far is their employees. Any time I had a question or an issue, their tech support chat would solve the problem immediately, no waiting, no hassle. I have made almost a 100 quizzes so far and can't really think of a better platform to use. Highly recommended.
I currently work for a company which has over 2,000 employees and we use this program to train them. We currently have close to 60 or 70 subjects for which we've written training and quizzes. Anytime there's a problem, which is not often, the support at ProProfs is very quick to work with us to get it fixed. They are always polite and knowledgeable! Highly recommend them!
With ProProfs, it was easy for me to generate qualified leads for my businesses. I could customize a lead form and attach within a quiz which was integrated with a marketing automation tool so the mailing lists were automatically created. It has helped me create qualified leads faster than ever.
After over a dozen communications via email with support -- the issue with this specific complaint was resolved. It took nearly three months. Yes, I will continue to use ProProfs regardless because the issues were eventually resolved and the lack of personnel may be global.
Take-away:
Use the form online to obtain a support ticket number (not a phone call or chat). The ticket number I received through this method remained constant, where the others changed and I had to reiterate the problem every time as well as the steps I already took to attempt resolution.
Send screenshots of the error in the email itself and not as an attachment. Also send all of the links that produce the faults.
Respond to the most recent email received on that same ticket number every few days to check on the status (you receive numerous generic emails where your reply will drop into a void). Make sure all prior communications are in that email when checking the status.
Eventually, you will reach someone on the other end of the communication who can/will resolve the problem. Again, this may be pandemic-related and thus temporary.
For over a month now I have been trying to find assistance with Proprofs' platforms. All documents/lessons have been pending review for over 30 days. No tech support with mobile apps which have been down for over a month. No response to emails sent to all known email addresses. No response to help tickets, online chat, phone calls, etc.
Do not waste your time and/or money. Pretty certain this company is no longer in business and you will not receive a refund or assistance.
I found ProProfs via a Google search. I created an account but very quickly had questions. I called the customer service number but was unable to reach anyone, everything was automated. I immediately began receiving auto-emails from ProProfs, so I returned 2 of them requesting information but never received a response to either one. I also submitted a lengthy message via their online contact form but never received a reply to that either. The courses seem to be professional but I am not sure if this is a legitimate business(?) I certainly don't want to spend time and money on a company that doesn't provide (any) customer service. I've been waiting for about a week now but still haven't been able to reach anyone...
It's a good program, but I was very disappointed to learn that Proprofs only cater to the larger company they can profit from. Smaller businesses like mine are out of luck and forced to purchase plans that exceed our demands.
ProProfs Quiz Maker is an ideal tool to assess learners' learning after imparting a lesson. The quizzes can be shared via link in a group or in an online classroom which makes it easier for all the learners to access them anytime, anywhere. The reports are generated automatically so they are quite accurate and can be downloaded for further analysis and assessment.
With ProProfs Quiz Maker, I've been able to create interesting quizzes enabled with videos. These quizzes have helped me take my engagement level several notches higher. My audience on Facebook loves these quizzes and look forward to playing and sharing more of them. The quizzes have results that can be shared easily which make them even more fun.
Answer: Did you decide which to use? Survey Monkey is for surveying while PP does so much more. I use SM for surveys but for any graphics questions, etc I use PP every time with success. It can do all you want. Need more details?
