My son's iPhone 16 Pro accidentally was dropped in Icy weather couple of weeks age sadly only 4 days old and 2 year warranty with the retailer. Contacted Bubble Ins as had a policy with them for 5 years. A £100 excess was charged then asked to send the phone back. After 10 days without a phone another random phone arrived not even in a Apple phone box and a different colour that we didn't want in the first place when we purchased the other one. Emailed Bubble with a number of questions and all I got back from them 1 line reply saying see T&C and contact us if you have question. Ofcourse I have questions, I have paid £100 to you, we've lost 2 year warranty with the retailer and got a refurbished 2nd hand phone that we didn't want and not sure if its a genuine iPhone16 either without any consultation.
You have now made a contact with me to say that the phone you replaced with my iPhone 16 Pro 526gb was a refurbished phone. Why are you telling me that my 4 days phone with a cracked screen has now been dismantled. I have paid over £1200 for a new phone (few days old), 2 year warranty with the retailer, paid £100 excess and a 10 day wait for a 2nd hand phone refurbished from you with a colour that we didn't want. Don't touch this company - This is a day light robbery!
