I took the CPHRM Self Assessment Exam on 8/5/25. After I received my individual score report, it did not match the results of my individual feedback report. It was frustrating because I wanted to focus on the areas that need more attention. I have since taken my CPHRM exam but unfortunately, I did not pass. My ID# *******. My coworker took the prep test on the same day and contacted AHA on Aug. 7. She placed a call first and informed them that this had affected both of us, therefore, I didn't contact them personally. I'm hoping this issue is something that can be resolved.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
