You all ripped me off on the $24.99 test that only gave me one try. Then when I call you, you all sell me on the unlimited test for another 19.99. Unethical!

Easy to use. A very user-friendly website. The practice test can make a difference for passing the exam.
Exam scheduled for 8am, location site did not open its doors until 8:06 in which 20 other people needed to also be checked in for an 8am exam with only one proctor. Other locations also have lockers for personal belongings which would have been nice or at least let us know in advance.

The website has been easy and simple to use. I purchased the study guide 350+ questions with a diagnostic on what I needed to focus on and it was totally correct based off my 1st attempt. I felt super confident on test day!

Easy to use and user friendly! PSI has been very straight forward and am able to find what I need to without much difficulty at all.
Easy so far. I will do the practice then send for the final exam. I already took the course recommended by the PA department.
I bought another single test prep, thinking it would allow me to take test b or test c and it's only allowing me to take test A which i already took.

Nothing about getting the SJE was easy, and then somehow my cart had 2 of the same "time" in it, which it would then not let me edit the cart. I had to empty the cart and then find the item again and re-add it. I didn't have a lot of time this morning, and this was frustrating.

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
