On 12/4 I booked the wrong test, and (1) wrong practice test. On 12/8 I tried the practice test and realized it was incorrect because I only needed residential content, not commercial. I called customer service to get a refund for the 12/9 exam and practice test, and customer service refused. So I booked the correct exam for 12/10. I booked an additional 3 practice tests, but they still contained commercial content, and they were counting my first practice test as 1/3, which they should not have been. So I contacted pt support, asked how to get a refund, she told me to email "memorang" and I wrote what she told me to write VERBATIM. No one has helped me. The memorang email just kept saying to contact pt support and refused to tell me anything else. I want my refund. I was incredibly stressed before my test when the practice tests were supposed to alleviate my worries.

I was told to book the B1/B2/KB1/KB2/Residential/Commercial contractor test so I could take my residential contractor test. I also booked the practice test. Thank god I did, because I realized in the practice test that I should NOT be studying for anything commercial. After calling, I was told I could not get a refund, even if I was given wrong information.
So far my experiencing has been good. Although I had a hard time choosing between both Real Estate Exam Prep Salesperson and The Real Estate Study Guide Salesperson costing $99.95. I could not tell which was best based on both packages being so similar.
Although each step and practice exam were easy to navigate, I would have thought the final test would have been similar to the practice one and practice questions in how they were worded and such but the final exam wasn't anywhere similar to that. Overall, I did learn a lot
There is conflicting information in the National Real Estate Salesperson Study & practice Bundle. The number of questions included is listed as 1,3000 (not a typo) in the product details, 1,100 in the description, and a different number is in the quick look. Lack of consistency in the description creates concern the material may contain similar errors.

I previously purchased a test. No fault of the website from I could tell, but a error was made where I purchased the exam for 3am instead of 3pm. There was no getting reimbursed when i called in which I would understand if I actually attempted but it was obvious I had not logged in to attempt that test. I give that 4 starts because ultimately, I made the error but out of courtesy, I i've expreinced more understanding customer service when circumstances like that happen. Unfortionatly that didn't happen here. The experience otherwise was good.
I searched for a book to build the foundation of my property and casualty knowledge but did not find one. Nor were there any recommendations for books that would cover the topics needed. From what I can tell, PSI believes that studying by getting wrong answers is the superior way of learning, but I can assure you, it is the most irritating way of learning. If there is a book in the online store, it is not easy to find OR searchable.

So far my experience has been great. The study materials are clear, organized, and feel very similar to the actual exam. I like that the questions help me understand how PSI words things, which builds my confidence and helps me focus on what I really need to know to pass.

It was not clear to me that this product purchase would cover Oklahoma licensing information. I stated national standards for life insurance. I hope it does. In Texas, it is one exam that covers the Texas and National requirements.
The only correlation the PSI practice and study software have is the testing format and that was poor. The actual test had schematic questions, questions on plumbing, electric, and concrete. The PSI practice software and tests were a waste of money.

Easy and fast app to work to be able to get test studies. I hear a lot of good things about the practice test very easy and fast to work.
I can't believe how nice the people were in this centre. As a foreign national, when I go to centres I can almost expect being shouted at and being treated less than a human. Don't ask me why, I don't know why they're like that either. I can't believe I've never chosen this site before. I would've saved myself from all the stress and PTSD. It's already stressful enough having to go through different (expensive) hoops, what more being treated inhumanely. The staff at the centre were simply THE BEST. They never made me feel or anyone else feel uncomfortable. They were so welcoming, explaining everything that was going to happen and was just overall really really lovely people. Thank you for making a stressful situation, less stressful and amazing. I hope you all have a lovely day and amazing Christmas!
The only thing that sucks is the price, it's a practice exam and I feel like it should cost little less because were just trying to practice to pass the test and now we stressed about the cost of the practice exam too
I think the person next to me had an issue and went outside the room for assistance. When she outside there was very loud disruptive talking outside the door. This was apparent even though I was wearing ear plugs.
