I paid for hiset and never received it. Took so long not receiving my hiset got me dropped from UEI college. I still need it so I can re-enroll in college to become a Medical Assistant or future use requiring a hiset or high school diploma.

This will be my second time completing this exercise; there were no issues accessing the course/exam.
Signing up was very easy and straightforward. No complications at all.
In preparation for a Master Electrician exam I purchased a study pack that was advertised to have practice exams but only had in program options for purchase ($39 and up for single use). Most of content of study guide is irrelevant to actual exam with questions repeating therefore reducing the number of actual study topics advertised. Laughable question "When walking through a job site with danger of overhead material falling what PPE should you use?". Wouldn't call that a relevant question to load calculations.

When I paid to schedule my state exam, I paid for a practice test. Since then, I've tried to take the practice test and could not get access. Like anyone else, I paid AGAIN for a practice test and am now having to review a minimum of 50 word essay to state that I'm $50 into a $25 exam preparation.

The survey experience is not great though. Requiring me to say more than I wanted to hit my 50 character quota seems a little needy.
I have placed a purchase several times for a practice test and was only given one chance to take the practice test. We should be allowed to at least the test twice especially if we have to pay for it every time
