Had a lot of issues with PSI and their website. Customer service wasn't great. Everything took a long time and felt disorganized.
Paid for practice exams, received and email stating PSI set up an account for me. I followed the link and to change my password and it tells me that no email was found this account! The number they said to call was an 800 number in the email. That number does not allow you to talk to customer service.
