I purchased multiple practice exams from PSI and felt the practice exams I purchased really gave me the confidence and idea on how the actual exam would be presented to me. Continue practice with PSI exams made me feel comfortable when taking the actual exam(s).
It provides 25 questions only and the same 25 questions every time you take test which provides no help in reality because the actual test is a 100 questions

I set up an account before and it was still not allowing me access until I created a new account.
I mistakenly purchased the CSE Form 2020 A twice at check out when my intention was to purchase both form A and B I have sent 2 emails and made two phone calls with no response and no one can help me over the phone. As a recent graduate Money is important and can not afford to be wasted these tests are $75 each thats money that is unaccounted for as I am not going to take Form A twice it is not necessary. I am really disappointed at how this was handle, or not handled i should say.

Horrible! They sold me the wrong practice test and would not refund me or even give me the correct practice test as a replacement. There was no clear description and they would not help me to select the correct test. So i will just have to buy another and pray its the right one.

The questions on the test is not the same as the courses not only that but you have it set up where there are life insurance questions in the health exam it makes things difficult

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
