Psychz Networks

I have been working with Psychz Networks for almost 5 years, and I cannot find a better company if it will be about my hosting services. They have proven their name and expertise with dedicated hosting and I am very proud to recommend them with the other businesses.

When adding an additional ssd to my server they accidentally replaced the first one, destroying all of my clients data. This isn't the first time something like this has happened with them.

Also they apparently buy good reviews, check out the 3 5 star reviews all on the same day.

Great company, hosting colocation with them. Secure & easy to access. Fast network to Asia. Price fair compare with others in same location.
Staff offer many helps and thoughtful for us. they help us save a lot of money!

Since they offer un-managed service by default. Needs to pay a bit extra to get fully managed service. If tight on money, needs to monitor own services & reply to their emails. If money isn't issues, must get their fully managed service. Worry free!

Psychz Networks was recommended to me by a friend, and I really want to have the company for my dedicated hosting. And from the first day of our business together, I have already been impressed with their work. Their system is very superb, and their staffs are very accommodating. I am very satisfied with their service. This is indeed the right company for me.

I have worked with different hosting companies before, but only Psychz Networks satisfied me with this service. They have reliable system and very hardworking staffs. I am really impressed with their work, and I am a happy client since the first day I have worked with them.

Attempted multiple times to purchase a bare metal server from them. Even contacted sales. Agreed to the contract but shortly after they simply canceled because apparently they "couldn't verify my identity". They never asked for any verification documents but simply canceled the service. Had to chargeback through my credit card since they did in fact charge me for service they never provided.

Countless /24s have been blocked from this network to the point where it was more efficient to block their supernets.

Had nothing but issues with this company's unbelievably rude and obnoxious customer service. I've been with them over 2 years, have servers in multiple locations and have given them a lot of business. Jimmy Lu is the most unprofessional rep I have ever come across in this industry and there's no close second. He responds with the most useless and careless, most obvious careless attitude offering zero solution for the problems his company actually caused (very often too). I would stay far away from them. Their positive reviews are rumored to be "bought" and their customer service is abysmal.

Recent experience, server goes down with major packet loss. Waited over 24 hours and the only response is a lie that there is no suitable replacement. No response to the ticket for nearly 24 hours after I asked them to UPGRADE to a dual CPU that showed 'in stock' online and the response I got from Jimmy was merely trying to get me to cancel all my remaining servers. This guy is a piece of work and obviously has some "issues". Disgraceful and ungrateful and unprofessional. Shame on you Jimmy Lu from disgraceful Psychz Network.

Have services across LAX, DAL and AMS for our website we needed the DR - Disaster Recovery services along with protection against DDOS. We have used other providers and they are not capable of mitigating the attacks that Psychz are capable of mitigating. The providers all sell high capacity thresholds but no one can caters the needs of our business when under attack

I have been a Customer with Psychz for a very long time, I have learned how their DDoS mitigation Works.
Their Mitigation is a self managed solution so you have to setup the Mitigation yourself
Basically their DDoS Protection really works when its setup on your Dedicated Server, Their Customer Support is a little slow but they get the job done over the phone or in a ticket, I would highly Recommend it to any person who may need a DDoS Solution or a Storage Dedicated Server
They are a little expensive but storage is dirt cheap with them

Overcharged my card 2,300 dollars. They also obviously lied in the previous three reviews, they were all posted on the exact same date. Obvious spoof reviews.

I have been a colocation customer with Psychz at their Ashburn, VA location since October of 2020.

In February of 2021 I switched to a full cabinet and my experience has been horrible. I have experienced the following:

- random outages
- poorly mitigated DDoS attacks
- a technician once "bumped" my out of band link causing it to go down. It took them two hours to discover and solve this issue
- consistent ping spikes that took them over a month to acknowledge, and were never fully resolved

Their customer support is incompetent. It took over 100 emails back and forth before the ping problem was finally acknowledged, which they blamed on a variety of issues, but settled on it being a configuration issue. They claimed they "fixed" the issue but the ping problems still occurred. Prior to this, they would do nothing but ask for traceroutes. The traceroutes provided to them clearly showed an issue with Psychz, but they would either a) blame it on my hardware or b) continue to ask for more traceroutes.

After dealing with the poor network for over two months we finally moved to a different provider in Ashburn and have had zero issues.

I would not recommend Psychz for colocation due to their poor network and terrible support.

I am buy A dedicated Server (Psychz.net) 1Gbps UnMetered And Chek Speed Download And Upload Speed Only 150mbps, i wasted money in vain, don't do it even by mistake from here or else you will repent
