I bought a battery for my laptop from newlaptopaccessory.com. It was by far the cheapest offer and the delivery costs were even included. Unfortunately there were customs fees, but the company (newlaptopaccessory.com) also paid the customs fees. The only disadvantage was the slightly longer delivery time. But that's no wonder, as it's a long way from China to Germany. For the price and the good customer service you can get over it, you just have to factor in the time. I can recommend the company (newlaptopaccessory) to anyone without hesitation!
The battery came after 3 months, I installed it and it stoped working after a week, I took my computer to a professional and it's not a software issue, but a battery issue, the battery is fit for my computer but doesn't work. I tried to contact client services but they are completely ignoring me, I sent 4 emails and it's been 3 weeks, no answer, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I basically lost 70€ (54€ of the battery + 16€ in customs). I am very disappointed and feel like I've been robbed. I want my money back or a replacement :(

The product took a while to arrive but it's ok, since I was warned about that possibility before buying. But it came in good packaging and condition. After almost two weeks since I installed the new battery on my laptop, after doing the recommended powercycles that we need to do when we get a new battery, I found out that it lasts almost 30 minutes more than the one I had on the laptop that came with the factory. After this time of use, everything works great. I will definitely buy from PTBateria again.

I bought a charger for lg 38gn950 at PTBateria to replace the original one. Although it's a white label charger, it works beautifully and matches the exact specifications of the original one. It came very well packed.

EVGA doesn't support their laptops anymore and by luck I found this website. Shipping took a little bit of time since it was outside the US and I emailed support for an update. Ordered a battery for my laptop and it arrived here in Portugal in four working days by GLS. The packaging was very good and the battery is brand new. It's was 60% charged and when the charge finished i had about the same battery time (maybe a little bit more) compared with the original battery that came with my laptop. Before ordering i sent an email that was promptly answered asking about the country where the battery would be sent from (there was stock in europe and it was sent from Hamburg/Germany).
