I bought a battery for my laptop from newlaptopaccessory.com. It was by far the cheapest offer and the delivery costs were even included. Unfortunately there were customs fees, but the company (newlaptopaccessory.com) also paid the customs fees. The only disadvantage was the slightly longer delivery time. But that's no wonder, as it's a long way from China to Germany. For the price and the good customer service you can get over it, you just have to factor in the time. I can recommend the company (newlaptopaccessory) to anyone without hesitation!
The battery came after 3 months, I installed it and it stoped working after a week, I took my computer to a professional and it's not a software issue, but a battery issue, the battery is fit for my computer but doesn't work. I tried to contact client services but they are completely ignoring me, I sent 4 emails and it's been 3 weeks, no answer, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I basically lost 70€ (54€ of the battery + 16€ in customs). I am very disappointed and feel like I've been robbed. I want my money back or a replacement :(
I bought a battery for an Asus laptop, but the battery was held up for a long time at customs and I had to pay fees to receive it, but the company Battery.pt refunded me the value.

On the first order, I didn't specify the laptop input interface for the charger and they sent the wrong one. After communication with the support team, they refunded me and I bought a new one with the correct interface that works without problems.

I bought a battery for my laptop and I have to say the service was really good. Shortly after paying, I received an email asking for a photo of my battery, as there were two possible models. What I received is a perfect match for my laptop. Due to covid, probably, it took a bit to arrive. Overall: I do recommend!

I bought a replacement battery for my Matebook but due to Covid it couldn't be shipped by DHL. They sent me an email offering the normal shipping or the full refund. The refund was processed moments later. Good customer support!
The company is very efficient, they are very nice and worried about delivering the right product to the costumer. I asked for three chargers already and never had a problem. During the quarantine they were able to deliver the charger in one month even though it was complicated due to the fact it was the middle of the quarantine. This is the website to go when I need a charger.
It took some time to arrive, because of the distance and because it was stopped at the customs, but they were always very helpfull and responsive. They also refunded the amount paid at the customs.

I bought a charger and battery combo. The charger worked perfectly. The battery wasn't quite what I needed. Nevertheless I was issued a refund and got to keep the battery, since it was faulty.

I ordered a battery for a Lenovo Legion Y530, it was in very good packaging, they were very thoughtful to make sure that the battery was the right model. Unfortunately, it didnt solved my problem, and even with that they were attentive to my situation. Recommend it to everyone, and if I have to buy another battery in another time, I would gladly buy from them again and again.

I did order a battery for my Tongfang Gk5cn5z 11.4V 3-células, and it just come a few weeks later, the battery works like a charm, didnt encounter any faults. The packing was alright, altho i had to pay some customs, but the service is saying they can refund me that value, if they do, the 5 starts are well endorsed.

I bought a Asus charger in this site, it took a long time to arrive, 16 days, and it was sorted for customs. I contacted them, they provided the invoice and ofered to pay the ustoms expenses.
