Tine is very polite with knoledge of her job. It was a plesure working with her. If I had to rate her from 1 to 10 she would be a 10.
I received great customer service at the Rockaway Avenue location. I was helped by Jada and she was very thorough and very helpful.
So I've tried contacting public storage and have been waiting over 10 hrs for a general manager to contact me. I have been sick with the RSV flu and COVID and I have not been able to go in the facility for long periods of time bc I'm drained. I show up after days of not being there and the bathrooms are once again as usual locked up. You have to beg to use the restrooms. Or they will tell no to go across the street and use the restrooms at Taco Bell or Carl's Jr. So when I got out of my car I go in the office one of the girls on the phone the other sitting twiddling her thumbs and I proceed to let her know I will not be renewing my contract. Had I known there was no bathroom availability I would have never opened an account. The manager gets off the phone and looks at me mind you in order to get into the hallways to the bathroom one has to put in a code. Well she looks at me and says. SO YOU'RE THE ONE THAT BROKE THE BATHROOM! Excuse me? I told her look I have not been here in days and check your cameras and key pad and that should tell you who broke the door. Again she says they have no cameras by the restroom. Ok but you have a key pad. Long story short I am 61 going on 62 and I will not allow some child behind a desk to disrespect me and accuse me of breaking a bathroom door. Who does that? I have been waiting all day for a general manager to contact me they assured me on the phone it would be a few hrs. 10 plus hrs later not even an email on this matter. Well what they don't know is my friend is a corporate attorney and if this is not resolved I will sue the $#*! out of public storage. Nobody should ever be accused of such bull$#*!! I have not been near there in days how dare her accuse me of breaking a bathroom door I'm not trash. Don't place your things in a public storage they are unprofessional and disgusting!

Public storage at 5340 catomo/ Timquana... The ladies there are very special. Vickie who I dealt with first. Was patient with me. Answered all my questions. And took her time. I didn't get any negative vibe out of her. She walked and showed me my storage. She beat me to it. The whole experience was pleasant. Then the next day I came. I met Pam... I had to used the bathroom so bad. Pam did her best to help. So I wouldn't have an incident on myself. Pam also answered additional questions that came up. After my first visit... In a world full of racial tension right now. These two ladies help my experience on both sides... Public Storage yawl did good in hiring these two. I appreciate the both of them. And because of the experience. I always willing to go out the way. To store my things. Plus the property is very clean. The storages are very clean. I didn't see trash anywhere on the property. My experience there helped me to know. That not all of Jacksonville is throwed off... Kudos to PAM AND VICKIE. FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB. DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC. HOSPITALITY ISN'T A BIG DEAL ANYMORE. VICKIE AND PAM. ARE PROOF THAT GOOD SERVICE DOES EXIST... AGAIN... THANK YOU LADIES FOR CHANGING MY EXPERIENCE... STAY SAFE...

On Feb 24,2019, I went to my storage located on N. Cashua drive Florence SC. To my surprise, my storage locks had been changed so my keys which are Public Storage keys for Public Storage locd on my storage didnt work. So I went to the Public Storage on grounds and informed the Agent that my keys were not working. He told me there were no notes on my account that indicated any lock change. I asked are you sure and replied by asking me to show him my picture id again in which I was shocked and replied back to him saying I just showed my picture ID and confirmed all, why doesnt my key work and he just looked befuddled as I walked out of the office to try the keys I had again without success. So I went back to the office only to see that he had locked up (5pm by this time) and left. I called customer service and explained all to them and they gave me the District Manager (Daniele) phone number which is only a voice mail service. I left 2 or 3 messages pleading for a reply but she called me on Tuesday morning 26 Feb and asked if she could help me and that she doesnt work on Sundays. WOW... I replied to her on the phone saying how can you help me on Tuesday when I called you on Sunday. She replied to me saying "ok have nice day" and hung up. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
